This is an outstanding book, and I’d encourage everyone to use this book as an accompaniment to reading through the book of Acts.

Chris Ranson, with masterful artistry, didactically illustrates Kevin DeYoung’s sermons through the book to create a fine text, which reads like a theological Beano. Any visual learner (like me) will greatly enjoy this book.

To illustrate the book of Acts in this educational and theological design, is a wonderful idea from Chris Ranson, and I can thoroughly and gladly recommend this unique book to all Christians, both young and old.

This book is a set of visual notes taken as the author listens to Kevin DeYoung preach through the whole of the book of Acts. It's been a great way to connect with that book. I hope there will be more "visual guides" on other Bible books published soon.

Simple and helpful commentary using a combo of drawings and words. Like looking at the notes of someone who is listening to a skilled preacher. A nice book to use with your devotions.
