Aww - This was the cutest little read! How i love Paddington - His innocence melts my heart!
This was a beautiful sequel and I haven't watched this movie yet but I am going to soon after reading this!
The Browns are my latest favourite family! I love Mrs Brown and I think the little children along with Mr Brown are a family that I would love to visit for a cup of tea!
52 Windsor Gardens should be a landmark in London!

As you may have heard, the next Paddington film was released not long back, I have been lucky enough to be able to review the book for you!



In this book of the film, Paddington is living with the Brown's in London while his Aunt Lucy is approaching her hundredth birthday and Paddington has his heart set on getting her the perfect present, in the form of a pop up book of London which he learns is also a rare book after a chance meeting with actor, Phoenix Buchanan. The actor inspires Paddington into finding a suitable job he can do. However, as Paddington spots a thief stealing from the antiques shop where his book is he wants to buy he tries to stop them but gets arrested himself and thrown into prison as the police mistake him as the thief! The Brown's take it upon themselves to clear Paddington's name as fast as they can!



A fun packed book for old fans and the newer generation to fall in love with Paddington once again!

We first meet Paddington funnily enough at Paddington Station where he encounters the Brown Family. He makes a home with the Browns and becomes part of their family. He makes friends with many of the residents at Windsor Gardens, but he never forgets the Bear who brought him up, Aunt Lucy.

It is fast approaching Aunt Lucy's 100 Birthday and Paddington wants to get something extra special for her. He finds the perfect gift in Mr. Gruber's Shop, a Popping Book. The book is stolen and Paddington is in the wrong place at the wrong time. Now Paddington and the Browns must discover the true culprit and clear Paddington's name.

Very enjoyable story. One I took great delight in while reading it to my little niece, who also loved it. One just can't help but fall in love with Paddington. The humble little bear who sees the good in everyone and brings out the good in most people.

4 out of 5 stars. Paddington 2 is based on the movie that came out, a sequel obviously to the previous movie. My son enjoyed reading this cute little read. We have not watched the sequel but hope to watch it soon.

Lovely book about Paddington’s new adventure in a movie. Paddington is always a positive, happy go lucky bear and we could all learn from his way of looking at life. This is a story about making friends and being kind to others. At the same time it has lots of action and adventure to keep you on the edge of your seat.
Easy to follow and read. Great to read to children or just for a light hearted read on holiday.

Second time I am reading that book, and IT IS ONE OF THE COZYEST BOOKS I EVER READ!
It is really cozy, as I said. It is heartwarming, homey, english-styled book, about the kindiest bear in the world. I just loved reading it so much (a year ago, and now.)

Soon, Paddington is stuck in a very sticky situation indeed, and he is the centre of it!
Will his beloved family be able to rescue Paddington?
This was an adventure packed story with plenty of action.
You will not be able to put this book down ad is a real page turner. I would recommend this book for children age eight plus.
