This is a short, cute story about a little girl named Chloe and her friendly puppy, Sam. While walking with Sam on the playground, she finds a toy clown. Chloe understands that the child who lost it must feel sad. She asks Sam to sniff it. They follow the scent to a house nearby. At first, the little boy and his mom who live there are skeptical, but when they spy the clown, Chloe understands that she has done a good deed and made a new friend.
I would recommend this book as a bedtime story or read aloud to teach preschoolers about the values of kindness and empathy. Recommended for ages three through six.

Very cute story of a girl and her fury friend. My 3 year-old daughter loves this one.
