Another easy reading book with many examples. The ideas are a bit scattering, but all fit to our daily life.
Basically, we should not fear to have, to lose, to mistaken, to feel, to fail...etc.
Allow what should happen to happen, allow your inner voices to converse.
Forgive, respect others means self-respect.
Love, one can not love others if one doesn't love oneself. To love unconditionally without asking feedback.
Don't fear to lose control. Control freak could ruin inner peace.
Bless others, even your enemies.
Understanding we are just the passengers of time and this space, stand firm like a mountain to let good or bad things happen without forcing yourself or others, just accept what life is giving you, enjoy that moment, pain or joy. It will eventually teach you something precious!
