A leadership blueprint for (almost) everyone

This book is for those headed into leadership within the next decade, and who may be trained in bad habits. This is for senior associates, junior partners, vice presidents and beyond who are slugging it out with outdated bosses/organizations that are loathe to, or incapable of, adaptation. Most of all, its a book for future entrepreneurs.

There are many lessons here, many of which we all know even if theyve never all been articulated in one place.

Lewis and Malmgren introduce a clever heuristic that shows the dark side and light side of the issues we have created through change: technology driven, 4th industrial revolution, CHANGE. The book espouses whole brain thinking, creativity, situational awareness and leading with values.
An interesting observation was made that over the last decades, many

Great work from Pippa and Chris on how the world has changed and how many managers simply are not keeping up. In other words, your boss is probably working with a 19th-century mindset while the business world faces 21st-century realities.
