it provides a good guide line for people who do not know anything about color and color combination. it also has many good samples however, the problem is pictures are really old and a little bit out of fashion.

A colourful stroll into the past. The layout of this book was ahead of its time, especially in those pages with the colour palettes for each photo. Wish there was more writing in it though.

A bit old from 1994. Bunch of design principles have changed since then but the overall content is concise and to the point.
