Extremely useful and informative
This is the best book on Airbnb hosting that I’ve had the pleasure of reading. The book was clearly written and contains numerous examples that were helpful for me when starting my listing. The authors writing style is easy to follow, and he provides a lot of tips that I have not seen in any of the other Airbnb books that I’ve read. Important read
If you own an air bnb you really need to read this. You will make your money back on it in minutes. My only suggestion for improvement is to add a lot more tips about the safety and security of the home and the potential to eliminate bad guests much earlier in the book.
My bookings increased so quickly that we had some major security flubs before I could figure out where we had gone wrong. The author is very friendly and helpful and he will actually respond to any questions or sugg ...more

Very good book with plenty of useful and easy-to-do advice. The only reason that i will not give a 5 stars is that some chapters in the last half of the book sound a bit like advertising for Airbnb themselves, and the overly optimistic tone doesn't bring to the table some of the difficulties that may be experienced.

I’ve read a few other Airbnb books and even a few Udemy classes. This was by far the most useful. Save yourself time and money and get this book!
