I thoroughly enjoyed this book. I read it in basically one night. The storyline was captivating and the characters relatable.
I love the friendships between Wren and Teryn and her boyfriend. It added a fun aspect to the book and all the traditions they had gave the story a nice touch. The book takes you through different emotions and lots of smiles. I love a book that keeps a smile on my face.
The only reason I’m not rating this book higher is because the plot was fairly predictable. It is d

Wren, an ICU nurse, moves from Tennessee to Chicago to room with her two best friends, Terayn & Ryan who are in a relationship. She enjoys her new job, her co-workers and has no regrets regarding the recent move. After an introduction to Ryan's friend & co-worker, Jackson, it is decided the two will keep their relationship in the friend zone. At first, not a bad idea as they become great friends, have a lot in common, enjoying all their free time together. Then there is a shift.

If you are looking for a read with OMG characters and a storyline full of emotions, then I wouldn’t look any further. This is Wren’s story. It isn’t only her name that I feel is awesome. She is beyond feisty with a heart of gold even though she is definitely protective after it has been abused in the past. Her best buds, Terayn and Ryan are wonderful. The banter between them provides a wealth of hilarity. Wren is set up by her friends to meets Jackson, friend and coworker of Ryan’s. Yep that is ...more

So I really loved this book!
Jackson is so freaking sweet and sexy and funny and the list just goes on and on.
Wren is a sassy southern spitfire! Who just so happens to move from Tennessee to Chicago, after a disastrous relationship.

She moves in with her 2 best friends and they set her up with one of their friends
Cause she is sex deprived. Well he wants to keep it platonic.

Ok I can't say anything else without giving away the whole story so here is what I thought about the book.

I thought it was

This book was EXCEPTIONAL! I finished reading it and was still thinking about it an hour later! There was so much to love about this book. The characters were so well described and amazing, it made me feel like I knew them. The slow burn of the main characters was phenomenal. There were so many sweet moments, and so many awkward purely funny moments. I now need to figure out how to start a Crayola War with my friends. :)

Wren is a wonderful character. She is caring, sassy as heck, eclectic, and f

*voluntarily and honestly reviewed the ARC I received from Lady Amber's PR*

When I first started this, I thought it was cute, and the three friends were people you wish you'd knew. Somewhere in the second or third chapter, however, the dialogue stopped feeling fun and felt more back and forth. It wasn't always like that, but when it did, I'd find myself wanting to skip to the next scene or topic. Other than that, with a few choice words I could share for the hero, this. Thing. Blew. My. Emotions.
I know better is the first in the By Your Side series by A.P Watson. This book was one wild ride. It took me a couple of chapters before I got sucked into this book completely. This book has been on my list for a while. I am so happy that I read it and am looking forward to the next!

I loved every part of this book. Wren is my favorite character. She is sweet but still stocked up for herself. Her, along with her two roommates that are also her best friends are a match made in heaven. I absolutely

Wow, I’m so embarrassed!

I never wrote a review before finishing a book until now. I guess I get so into books that I feel as though I am there at the scene. I think the author writes well and the book is edited unlike many other ebooks. But one of the main characters, Wren, who moved to Chicago from a small town in TN to live with 2 other friends is always complaining that she has bad luck with men. I am no prude and am not put off by bad language but when Wren has a chance to go out with a hot

I absolutely loved this book. But the ending made me want to cry. I cant wait until the next one comes out. I am dying to know what is going to happen to these characters. I love Wren. I love how strong she is and how she puts herself out there even when she is guarded. She moves into the big city of Chicago wanting to stay her life over not realizing she is going to be on quite the adventure. Her love of cars is one of my favorite parts of the books. Now dont misunderstand that . There are many ...more

Watch out Three's company there is a new and even better trio in town....I loved the slow burn in this book. The instant chemistry between Wren and Jackson is off the charts. It was hard not to fall in love with determined, feisty, fun and independent Wren. And Jackson, well he is brooding, at times arrogant and a workaholic but he also has a heart of gold underneath the macho and tough exterior. Will he be able to break down Wren's walls and will she be able to make him see that some things are ...more

What a fantastic book.

I loved this book from the first page. The storytelling was awesome. I loved the characters. The friendships were touching and real. I can't wait to read the second book. I highly recommend this book for two reasons. One-the friendships were so real and genuine. Two-the love between Wren and Jacks grew strong and made you want a happily ever after.

I know Better (By your Side Series Book 1)

Boy oh boy. I have been hooked by this story by the first chapter! I love this woman. She is just like me but stronger. A survivor. I love Jackson too but wish he would get his head out of his arsenal and tell his ex to go jump of the Stock Exchange Building. Looking forward to book 2. With bated breath.

Wren has moved to Chicago for a new life. Jackson works with Wren's friend, Ryan. They are set up on a blind date. Neither want a relationship. They spend a lot of time together and things change. Now they have taken their relationship to a new level, there is a road block. Will have to wait and see if they can come out of this. ...more

Ohhh I can’t wait for the next book. Like seriously when will it be published? The characters are funny and simply awesome. The story is heartbreakingly beautiful. The dialogue is witty and fun. Definitely one click worthy.
I received an ARC of the book and this is my honest review.

Slow Start

Very interesting premise. The writing in the first pages was a bit rough. I am happy that I stuck with it. The story line picked up and the writing progressed more smoothly. I love Wren and Jackson and the way that music is involved in the romance.

Absolutely love LOVE this book!! It grabs your attention from the very beginning and never lets you go till the last page. Wren is such a relatable character who has real life issues and struggles. I can’t wait to see where Wren and Jackson’s story goes next!!

I actually loved this book. Not to much drama, great relationships/friendships and really enjoyed the story line. One thing...minor cliffhanger!! Excited to read book 2.

Amazing story of best friends falling in love. When you find love that you never thought could, and it is ripped away in an instant.

Not the usual

This book was not what I thought it would be, it was better! I couldn't put it down and now can't help but get the next book.

From the first sentence, the writing just lept from the page. I could immediately hear her voice as she told her story. This was a bruised and battered soul picking up the pieces and starting over in a new city, but with old friends to support her. The supporting characters were all fabulous and added great depth to the storyline. Even the bartender added just the right touch.

It was a slow burn from friends to lovers, which seemed to take forever, but when it finally happens, it just fits. I wa
