I liked this book way better than I did the previous book in the series. It was good to see Alaric and Chander get past their Big Misunderstanding and reach their HEA. The intrigue between the Necromancers and the Council continues and I’m interested to find out where the plot is headed. Overall, a really good book and a good addition to the series.

Absolutely loved these two books (Lich Sentinel and Arch Lich)! It was definitely a story that needed to span two books because of its complexity. You really get to know these characters in depth, which is true of all the books in the D’Vaire series. I honestly cannot say enough praises for this series. I eagerly await each new book and it has quickly become one of my favorites to reread.
I've never been so torn on a series as I am with this one.

Again I enjoyed the mystery and drama, but felt this one was dragged out way to long. Not only was the sex predictable but we had endless decorating ideas to. Seriously Victor and Evergreen have turned into flamers and I'm afraid I don't know why.

The dialogue again felt off. Bax and Ben behave like children with their banter except when they are talking sex then they sound like bad porn actors.

I think I'm near my limit with this series

Love love love this series!!!!!

This series is so addicting! The last one left me on such a cliffhanger with Alaric and Chander split up that I had to find out what happened next. So much has happened and those dang elders need to get what’s coming for them. You can’t keep messing with fate and good people before karma has her moment. Can’t wait to read what’s next for this bunch.

First: make sure you've read book 5.

Next, Chander and Alaric are still living apart. Chander is full of anger at what happened while Alaric is hurt and confused over his mate's actions.

First, let me say that this book has all the answers the last one left you with and a few answers that you never knew to ask the questions for. I will say very little as I do not want to ruin anything.

Simply put, read the book!!!

If you're new to the D'Vaire series, please read Book 5 before reading this one! While most of her books are a standalone within the same world, this book is a continuation of the story from Book 5. That being said, it was amazing and I really appreciate that the author gave these characters the time they needed to be their best! It did not disappoint! This series is incredibly refreshing and I'm so happy I found it! I can't wait to keep going with this series!

I love it! OK the only reason it’s not five stars because it drag a little bit and repeat information throughout the book that was unnecessary to be repeated. Other than that it was great! Can’t wait for more books in the series! Enjoy it and happy reading!

Still an awesome series

It was a bit of a let down for it to two books to get them together and there are still a ton of loose ends. I can't wait for more.
