-A bit of an unbelievable plot at times,

-with two likable different characters. One a bit grumpy and possessive, one a bit of a twink(yes, this made me happy)

-hot sexy times.I particularly liked the first part when they were on the cruise and of course the sugar baby and sugar daddy thing definitely appealed to me.

Enjoyable enough but there was definitely eye rolling going on.

Available on KU.

I am a huge fan of this series and, except for Gabriel's book, I loved every single one of them.

Reading the blurb got me very curious to see where Alessandra was going with this one.

Sam is a 18 year old "master" thief, living with a gang. His stealing buys him the protection he needs. Sam has been homeless for a very very long time. He ran away from home when he was just a little boy. This felt a bit unbelievable to me....but I just went with it....

What to read now? I have just re-read almost all of the Straight Guys book that I enjoy and now I'm at lost as for what to read. I hate this in between finishing a book and finding a new book. Overall, I'm glad I re-read this one. There's just something with this addictive series that makes me come back again and again. I don't even know why. That being said, I wish this book had more action, as it's about an agent.

A British secret service agent (a very hot and possessive one) and a 18 years old pickpocket (the cute and sexy redhead with a huge crush in the big bad spy) work together in an undercover mission where they have to feign they are lovers. Well, sugar baby and daddy to be more specific. Nice age gap, enjoyable UST and entertaining story.

How the missions worked is still a mystery to me though, since Sam’s training was a bit deficient and ridiculous and the whole formulation was hard to believe.

It's so easy to enjoy and love Alessandra Hazard's brand of OTT. It's down right addictive. This was another great installment to the series. My only issue was the constant back and forth between the MCs, but the last chapter was so sweet. It changed my rating from a 3.25 to a 3.75.

I seriously need another book in this series and I wish this series never end. This is such a thrilling, exciting and sexy series and I loved every single second reading these books. *cough cough .. except 3* And I knew there will be a book about Sam and Dominic since they appeared in my favorite book in the series Just a bit ruthless. So now, let’s start the review.

Sam has been an orphan since he was a very young child and after being abused mentally by his uncle, he ran away and became a

This book reminded me of a naughty version of mission impossible with the whole undercover agents M16 going on. I can just picture Tom Cruise with a sugar baby in lap! Lol!

I’m so addicted to this series nobody does gfy like this author and this one was no exception. I dare say that book 8 & 9 felt tamer in the OTT and angsty department but just as hot as the rest though. Sam and Dominic were so good together they had that instant chemistry we always see with these characters. I love

So I enjoyed this one but I didn’t quite buy it. How can someone so high up in M16 also be the head of a multi million dollar company ? I know there were links, I get it, but surely being undercover means undercover? I also wondered about a seriously straight guy / CEO / super spy falling for an 18 year old thief who is originally recruited to be a pet in an auction? Yeah ... it was all a bit much for me.

Somehow this story has strayed away a bit from the wickedness of the previous ones.
It was all kind of cute and lovely. However, the OTT plot didn't stray far from the others stories. It's clearly a trait in this series and probably why this is not for all.
Overall, despite the OTT situations we were presented to, I did enjoy Dominic and Sam's story .
Straight guys series has a strange appealing effect on me if you consider that I don't fancy OTT plots. I'll definitely be reading

I really enjoyed this book, I thought that the agency would appear more, but I liked how the story went.
This was a kinda of a slow burn, considering that the couple only ends up together at the end of the book.

I liked how it took some time for one of the main characters to accept and understand his feelings.
Already the other main character? It took him a look and BOOM he had a crush.

The writing is easy

Suspend disbelief for this crazy ride

There's always an element of needing to suspend disbelief for this series as the whole concept of 'gay for you' requires the ability to not question why the character isn't described as bisexual.

But the narrative is usually compelling enough to make it believable that the formerly 'straight' person has fallen for someone irrespective of their gender or sexuality.

This is never more obvious than in this book, where Dominic has had to pretend to be gay before as

This was book 8 in the "Straight Guys" series. Sam Landon is a homeless eighteen-year-old pickpocket and thief when he is gains the attention of M16 they want his help with a job they send Agent 11 aka Dominic Bommer who we met in book 6. Dominic thinks that Sam is too young but their is something about Sam that makes him want to protect him. Sam hasn't had a easy life his mother died when he was six he went to live with an uncle who wasn't very nice too him so he ran away and has been living ...more

I. LOVED. IT! Well worth the wait, and definitely one of the best books in the series for me. Loved this couple, and the amount of detail that went into the plot. Will write a review later, but the only thing that was missing here was Sam calling Dominic 'Daddy' at least once. I mean come onn, they had to be sugar baby/sugar daddy for the mission anyway, and we all know that's what it was. Daddy kink by any other name...just give it to us already! Even if it was just a taste. Sigh. 4.5. Now I'm ...more

The relationships in Alessandra Hazards books are definitely messed up and extremely unhealthy. One book in the series is even called Just a Bit Unhealthy, and happens to be my favourite of the lot. I really really enjoy reading about obsessive, possessive, codependent, and unhealthy relationships. That’s why Alessandra Hazard and K.A. Merikan are two of my favourite MM authors.

This definitely has some Just a Bit Unhealthy vibes, but not as intense. Nick recognized his attraction to Sam sooner

**4.2 Stars ** Loved it!

The tension. The tension in this book blew me away! It was all kinds of fun, sexy, and aggravating. I think this might be my favorite book in the series, although #6 was all sorts of amazing for me.

The set-up: MI6 recruits an 18 year old thief for a special mission. Agent 11, 28 years old or so, is his partner for the mission. Sam, the thief gets to be auctioned off to sugar daddies and mommies during a Mediterranean cruise. This ain’t no Disney cruise, that’s for sure!

I agree, this story is a bit OTT and yes, you do have to suspend reality for a bit. However, this was still a really good read. As per the usual with Alessandra Hazard, the chemistry between between the two MCs is hot!

I do feel a bit cheated in regards to the undercover storyline. If you’re going to be OTT, then you might as well go all out here too!

Regardless, this was still a good read and I cannot wait to read the next in the series.
Twisted. Hot. Addictive.

This is a great addition to an already fabulous series!

The books in this series are the ultimate comfort reads for me. Seriously, if I have a bad day, all I have to do is come home and read one of these books, then all is good in the world again! And this book is no different, I will definitely read it again in the future.

The story follows the same 'formula' as the other books in this series, and I'm definitely not complaining. We have Dominic, who is - supposedly - a straight man, who finds

I've always enjoyed the chemistry that this author brings to the table for her characters. I think underneath it all there was good sizzle here - but I felt like I waded through some muck to get it.

I really enjoyed Sam. However, being on his own since he was 6? Nope. 10 maybe. 6 was far fetched. Seriously a 6 year old on the street is this well adjusted? Flatly - even alive? Unlikely.

Dominic was alright - but no way was this guy a spy. Seriously. He was kind of sappy and besotted and really

Gosh!!! I really really loved this one!!!! I would love to know more about this couple.

First we have Dominic, a MI6 deep undercover agent who can barely tell who he is anymore. And the we have Sam, a pickpocketing thief who is about to be recruited to be part of the MI6. He apparently feels the criteria for Dominic’s new mission: they need a sugar baby in order to infiltrate a seedy cruise.

This book was awesome and I’m very happy with how the author has improved since the first book in the

Mrs Hazard's books used to be an autobuy; she really is the queen of heart-wrenching love tales between twinky gay men with spunk and their straight, possessive, possibly manipulative or dastardly, older buddies. Behind this entry was an ambitious project whose plot promised a hell of a ride, all the more so since it would venture into the world of intelligence service and data gathering; the least I must disclose is that the formula which governs this series worked even less for Sam and Dominic ...more

Hm. Right. Well.
Even though stuff can get reeeaaally problematic for me while reading this series at times, I must admit I am a fan. Alessandra's effortless writing and her ability to reel the reader in cannot be underestimated. Plus shit is hot when it's supposed to be. Nothing to complain about. Suspension of disbelief not only required but necessary.
I enjoyed this instalment, it was good fun. However, the prison-based story and the Stockholm syndrome gig remain my faves to date.
18 year old Sam Landon picks pockets. It's that or risk hunger, lack of basic needs, or worse as living on the streets means he has to pay protection money to stay marginally safe. Money he doesn't have hence why he targets only those who look like they can afford the loss of a few pounds.

Being good at what he does, Sam makes a rookie mistake when he grabs a purse from the wrong person only to be grabbed by law enforcement. Obviously it was a sting operation and he got caught. Time to pay the

Enjoyable and fun read. I had to almost suspend belief for Nick's GFY attraction to Sam. I had to forgive the MI6 story plot for being too simplistic too.

I don’t know how this author keeps recreating the same tropes and making it fresh and fun, but she’s killing it. I never saw this M16, British agents plot coming from the small snippet we got from Book 6 when Dom was “dating” Luke. I just knew I really liked this couple and wanted to learn more about them.

It’s safe to say my interest in Sam (18) and Dominic (27) was solidified in this book. Dom describes Sam perfectly with this quote: Dominic had been a little endeared by the lad, who
