If you are looking for some hokey, old-fashioned tips on how to yell at your kids, this is the book for you. My favorite part was when Nelson recommended saying to a misbehaving child, "I'm so angry I could grind you into powder" and then followed it up with, "I love you and you're a really neat fellow."

I really liked a lot of it, but am having limited success with the one minute method.
