Anyone who is a skeptic about astrology will be totally convinced and hooked once they read Amy Keehn's book. My mother was a born-again Christian, highly against the study or belief in any metaphysical subject...until I gave her this book as a gift. Well, needless to say, this was her new bible as she carried it around everywhere and read it over and over again.

I always adore books that provide me with a new perspective, instead of a repetition and regurtitation of basic astrology concepts. Amy Keehn has shown her indelible insights on what works and what doesn't - which stand out from the dozen books that cover superficial sign descriptions.

I would say I am secretly won over - I'd think that there are 2 types of astrologers in this world - those who've read and understood Keehn's insights and those who haven't or oppose them.

I always thought astrology was hocus pocus until this book. Someone gave this to me 10 years ago while I was in college and it has been tested 100s of times since. It's never wrong!

Basically this is in the guise of a self help book for relationships, wrapped up in the language of astrology. (Un)fortunately it takes astrology very literally, so it ends up repeating itself over and over. Much space is wasted by repetition! But at the same time, there are a few gems in this book, such as acknowledging the value of self awareness, or of self work. What I don't like about astrology, and books like this in particular, is that it can be a little too mechanical (literal) in that, you're X and I'm Y and there is NO chance. But more discriminating readers might see that there is no way there could be a purely X or Y person in any circumstance.

Regardless, this could help someone who is determined to make it work, or at least provide guidance to what could work, should they keep trying to find the right angle. Despite the promises of astrology, I am a little incredulous that taking the astrological angle would be the only point of view you need.
