Let's be honest, this isn't the most exciting book in the world. It might be the most boring book I've read in a while. But if you are going to lead members meetings for your church, it has some good information that might keep you from causing problems.

I've seen Barry McCarty in action at countless SBC National meetings. This book could be titled "Robert's Rules for the Rest of Us." He does a great job of explaining things clearly and concisely. Though written with a church business meeting in mind, anyone who has anything to do with running a meeting or managing an agenda would profit from this book.
