Teagan Holland left her old pack under a cloud of prejudice. Her breed, an Asiatic wild dog, considered nothing but vermin. But as the Glacial Blood Pack are about to find out she is one the kindest people they will ever meet. The accident prone dog also has a strength within her that will be needed to help stave off the now homeless Nuka Lincoln's attempts at revenge. Will she regret taking this job?
Tyler Quinn has been a fighter for the pack since he was eighteen. He is mysterious, and nobody knows that much about why he joined them. All they do know is that he is a fantastic cook and a bit of a computer geek. Behind the man he portrays is a secret that threatens to send him on a path that he thought he had left behind. Will the white powder be his downfall?
Fallen for Shame is the third book in the highly recommended Glacial Blood Series by the author Anna Edwards. It is set in a paranormal world full of drama, suspense and great love affairs. Plus it features a secret that must never be told for fear of the consequences.
A family isn't always blood; it's the people that accept you for who you are.
Nestled in the tranquil rural landscape near London, I'm a British author whose journey from the world of accounting to the realm of writing has been nothing short of transformative. While I occasionally revisit my numbers-oriented past, my days are predominantly filled with the harmonious dance between crafting compelling narratives and tending to my cherished family—my husband, two children, and a lively household of four cats and one dog . In those rare leisure moments, you'll find me lost in the enchanting world of poetry, delighting in the creation (and indulgence) of decadent cakes or fervently capturing moments through the lens of my camera.
Writing emerged as my beacon of hope in navigating the labyrinth of depression and anxiety. My insatiable love for literature and the boundless horizon of travel infuses my tales with the rich tapestry of my adventures. I strive to breathe life into my stories with an air of authenticity that resonates with readers.
Within the pages of my books, you'll encounter heroes exuding charisma and rugged allure, heroines embodying both grace and tenacity, all enveloped in the cloak of dramatic suspense.
4.5 Stars. I am a major fan of the Glacial Blood series, having already read books one and two! In Fallen For Shame, we get to read about Tyler and Teagan. We glimpsed Tyler in books one and two, but learn more about his past and what brought him to the Glacial Blood pack in this book. Teagan is new to the pack and, being a wild dog shifter, has faced a lot of prejudice her entire life. She came to the pack to escape that prejudice and to be accepted for who she is. Her character is very likable and cute, and immediately it's easy to have a soft spot for her. I would've liked to have seen their relationship develop a bit more. It seemed a bit rushed compared to the relationships in books one and two. There didn't seem to be as much interaction between Tyler and Teagan as I had seen between the previous couples. I did, however, love the plot and loved seeing the nemesis back in action. I love the way Anna Edwards weaves in a new mystery towards the end of the book so that the reader begins connecting with a new character while still getting the HEA they desire! I cannot wait for the next book and look forward to reading more in this series...hopefully about a certain polar bear very soon! I recommend this series for any romance/PNR lovers!
Wow. Anna Edwards, The Glacial Blood Series is freaking out of this world. It is freaking the best thing I ever read. Her amazing shifter world brings out suspense and drama so freaking captivating and different that I just cannot get enough of it. Let me tell you, this series keeps getting better and better. I just love the ride I am on. I just love how perfect and mind blowing The Glacial Blood series. Just like Fallen for Shame. Fallen for Shame is a nail biting paranormal romance that will make your heart full and thrill you.
Fallen for Shame is the third book in the The Glacial Blood series and it is the book that will make your hear yearn and swoon at the same time. I loved every moment of this book because it simply touched me and slowly captivated my soul. Emotional. Mysterious. Spellbinding. Fallen for Shame is a magical romance with a story line so special and utterly unique. Anna Edwards gave us terrific plot with an authentic vibe that told a story of prejudices and racism. Fallen for Shame really dangled my heart strings.
I love the characters. They have the sense of family that warms my heart. This book interconnects with previous characters like Brayden and Selene and Scott and Emma each giving us a look into their lives. I find myself smiling so hard at their happy ever after. In Fallen for Shame, you meet Tyler, a wolf and Teagan, a wild dog who were such a sweet and sassy couple. They were fun and each had past that shaped them as shifters. Tyler was so protective, a good cook and smart with computers. Teagan was a klutz that made you smile because her clumsiness was so infectious. I needed more development and I needed more as a couple together. I felt their chemistry was rushed a bit. That's why my review is a 4 star.
I recommend Fallen for Shame. It is heart pleasing and such an enjoyable read.
ARC provided by author in exchange for an honest review.
Book 3 of The Glacial Blood series, and this time we're following the story behind Tyler and Teagan. I did enjoy this story, but for me I enjoyed the first two books more. That is a personal choice for me, because there is nothing wrong with the writing or the story. However, I felt the last 30/40% of this book was really good. I was hooked, and drawn to the subjects touched upon in this book. It was drugs with Tyler, and the love he had for Teagan. He would do anything to keep her safe, and the horrible Nukka knew that. For Teagan, it was the bullying she had received all her life. She is a wild dog shifter, and I have to say this is the first book I've read with a wild dog shifter, and it was interesting. It was something different, which I liked. They both had their battles, but one thing they both had was the love of the Glacial Blood pack. We've already had two previous books in this series and we still get to see those characters in this book. I look forward to the release of book 4.
P.S I you like paranormal romance then this is a series for you. Download and get stuck in.
This book is awesome! This is the third book in this author's The Glacial Blood Series. I highly recommend that you read all books in order to get the full enrichment of this series. I was excited to see Tyler and Teagan get thier own story! This story has a little bit of everything in, action, revenge, suspense, and of course hot romance. This story has some twists and turns that you won't see coming and you certainly don't want to miss them! This story is really about Teagan and her search for realizing that being different is not always bad. She is clutsy and has just taken a new job but will she regret taking it? Will the Glacial Blood Pack soon learn that there is more to her then just kindness? I totally loved her character! She is strong, has some attitude and knows what she wants. Tyler has some problems of his own but will it effect his relationship with Teagan? I highly recommen this book, I know you are going to want to see Tyler and Teagan's story! Is it possible that there is a happy ending for them?
The Glacial Blood Series just goes from strength to strength...this is a fabulously detailed imagined world where shifters and other magical beings exist, unbeknownst to their human counterparts....
The Glacial Blood shifter pack is made up of a group of disparate men and women with varying gifts and talents...Teagan, a wild dog shifter, is a relatively new member. I love her generosity of spirit and positive attitude towards life., not to mention her aptitude for clumsiness which leads to some very funny moments. Tyler, a grey wolf shifter, is attracted to this happy go lucky character but he has demons in his past that are about to be resurrected in the most devastating manner. Tyler is everything a smart, strong, sexy leading man should be until he isn’t....
Fallen For Shame is a really thrilling new addition to this set of paranormal books; I love it when a series continues to tell the ongoing story of the characters previously encountered in earlier installments and this one does exactly that...the members of the pack are a true band of brothers and sisters and their interactions are filled with the camaraderie and loyalty only to be expected of such a close knit company...I loved them all..
This book is full of suspense, humour not to mention plenty of sexual chemistry between Teagan and Tyler which leads to some super hot encounters......set at a perfect pace this is has everything the genre demands and then some... I was given an ARC of this book from the author.
Fallen For Shame is the third book in the Glacial Blood series by Anna Edwards. Although it can be read as a standalone, I would recommend reading the series in order to get a feel of all the characters and to get to know their story better.
Set in the Glacial National Park in Montana, Glacial Blood Mansion is home to a pack of different shifters - snow leopard, wolf, lion, bear and an alpha polar bear, even a multi shifter and a witch.
Glacial Blood are a family who always look after their own, so when Teagan Holland left her old pack looking for a new home, they took her in and treat her as such. Even though her breed, an Asiatic wild dog was known as vermin, the Glacial Blood members find out how kind and strong she is.
Tyler Quinn, was exiled from his pack a long time ago after he brought shame on his family. Glacial Blood welcomed him and he soon became one of their best fighters, not to mention an amazing chef and a computer nerd.
With Nuka on the run - his location unknown, Kas can breathe but not completely let his guard down. Nuka will definitely be looking for revenge.
I was pulled in again to the shifter world at Glacial Blood Mansion. I love how the characters stories from the previous books continue on in each consecutive book. I love how clumsy Teagan is, falling over her own feet, which adds humor to the story and that she spaces out at times too. Tyler's caring and protective nature is a trait that every girl would die for.
I can't wait for the next part of the Glacial Blood series to find out more about the cuddly, honey loving black bear Zain and Imogen, a girl from his past. And to also see what plan Nuka has next for revenge on his brother.
This is the 3rd in the series and yet another great addition to the series. In this we find Teagan had left her old pack due to being a wild dog and classed as vermin. Shes joined up with the GB pack and has a major crush on Tyler. Tyler has fought temptation for long enough and knows that he wants Teagan perhaps as much as she wants him. Will the pair end up mating or will Teagan join with Nuka to help exact his revenge? Find our in this brilliant new book
I received a copy of this book for my honest review.
Tyler…how wouldn’t want you? A man that loves to cook! Teagan, a sweetheart, who trips over her own feet and will crack you up. The draw to each other is undeniable. Tyler has a dark past and one that he has worked very hard to keep secret from the rest of the Glacier pack. Evil lurks and capitalizes on Tyler’s past. Teagan, a wild dog shifter, is looked down upon by others not in the Glacier pack. Others do not see Teagan for the intelligent, fair individual she is. Prejudice is a terrible thing. Tyler’s desire to protect Teagan from his past, opens the door to evil and he gives in to protect his love, his mate. Teagan’s intelligence and fairness earns her a seat in the council. Teagan grows past the prejudices and the Glacier pack comes together to pull Tyler from the dark. Yes, we get our HEA and Teagan gets Tyler’s mark as his mate. Zain, you honey bear….can’t wait to find out what your story is! Although this is fictional, the story parallels how humans can and do treat each other. Evil always picks on the vulnerable. That vulnerability doesn’t mean a weak person. It can be the low thoughts and beliefs on oneself. Prejudice. I need not say anymore. How people can think they are better than others because of what they do, who they are, where they live, and all those other things is a tragedy to the human race. What the Glacier pack shows us is that is isn’t always blood that makes you a family. You rocked it again Anna!!
Anna Edwards has a very unique modern voice in literature. She uses everyday words that will most likely be out of style in 20 years, but for now it really works. That is one great thing about her voice. So, with that said, there is a lot of cussing, sex, drug addiction, and prejudice. Her prologue touches on the issue of prejudice in today’s society, while the rest of the story addresses it from a personal view of Teagan.
Tyler’s story is really about guilt and addiction. She shows both of these really well also, however I would have liked to see him reach out for help before he went under, I think that would have been more positive in this case. I like how Tyler and Teagan’s love really overshadowed all the issues in their lives and how supportive of one another they were. That is what a good relationship, in my opinion, should look like. Me and my Loadmaster have that type of bond.
There is quite a bit of back story about the Glacial Blood pack in this book, that I think might have worked better if left out so this wasn’t a stand alone book or give more so it works better as a stand alone. Also, she gave too little information about many of the other pack members for you to get a gist of how everyone fits in. She did show how Tyler fit in right away in the story, but how Teagan fits in doesn’t really reflect until the end. That makes it more of an issue because the way she portrays many of the members they don’t have addressed roles and for a pack mentality this doesn’t work very well. There is a hint at the end for the next story in the series, Fighting the Lies.
Unfortunately because of those issues I’m only able to give this a 3.5 of 5 propellers. I think if she is able to fix some of the back stories in the next one and give more details on the entire pack, I’m sure, the next one will be closer to a 5 propeller read.
The latest instalment in the Glacial Blood Series!
I enjoyed the development between Teagan and Typer, each of them battling against prejudices and addiction to find their happiness.
Tyler was an intesretsing character to read, watching him battle a guilt-led addiction as the threat of the exposure about his secrets was exciting, tense and slightly eerie and unnerving at times. I loved his easy relationship with Teagan and how he doesnt give a damn about what she shifts into, he loves her for being her. Swoon!
I liked reading about Teagan as she slowly finds her place in her new and more relaxed pack. The shock at how accepting everyone is in spite of her social status as the shifter equivalent of "vermin" and seeing how her new friends treat her with respect that her old friends deem her unworthy of. Seeing her overcoming the way she felt resigned to being the lowest of the low and gaining a good standing and place in society with the support of new and understanding friends.
We got to see alot of our old friends and foes. What will Nuka do next to gain the power he feels he deserves? I kind of feel sorry for him, that hes probably lived forever in the shadows of his way better and more respected brother Kas. Even though he's a bit of a psycho and a complete bastard most of the time he's still so interesting and one of my favourite characters!
Looking forward to seeing what Anna Edwards has in store for us in the next Glacial Blood book.
Anna Edwards is a new to me paranormal author. I hadn't read any of her books before this one, but that's going to change as soon as possible. I really like her world a lot, and find it to be interesting.
Teagan is an Asiatic wild dog shifter. In the shifter world, her species are looked down upon and seen as the vermin of the world, even though there aren't a whole lot of them in the whole world. She has problems with that discrimination her whole life, which is why she went to join the Glacial Blood pack. They are a multi-species pack, and no one is going to look down on her for being an excitable, clumsy, happy-go-lucky Asiatic wild dog.
Tyler is a tortured wolf. He has secrets in his past. But, in his present he is a crack hacker for the Glacial Blood pack. He is also their cook, and well-loved. He sees his future in Teagan. He likes her a lot, but he isn't sure if she likes him too, until she starts to teach him how to dance and they nearly kiss.
I really liked this series and the various characters. I liked the way that the traits of the various animals carry over to their people form, like Teagan being clumsy, or a bear shifter loving honey. To me, it made them seem like a much more integrated whole than you see in some series where the shifter sees themselves as two separate entities, their human side and their shifter side. I'm definitely going to follow this series so that I can keep up with the characters and the entire story. If you like PNR and good plots, check this one out.

Sweet, funny, suspenseful, and a bit of mystery Fallen For Shame is a shifter romance that you will genuinely have fun reading! The dynamics between different shifter species and not just humans is done quite uniquely giving a new fresh spin on one of my favorite genres. This is actually the first time I’ve read a book where someone actually shifted into a wild dog instead of wolves, coyotes, or foxes.
Teagan was both adorable and hilarious with her clumsy ways. What really stood out for me was her quiet strength. Not even she realized how strong she truly was. From prejudice to heartbreak she endured it all and overcame becoming much more than I originally found her to be. Tyler had a very delicious mix of sexy geek that I absolutely loved. Together they made a such a sweet pair!
While I loved them both there just felt like something was missing. At times they seemed slightly immature in their dialogue, then others they seemed much older. It made it a bit difficult to really stay connected and feel their emotions. Overall I found this to be a fun read and look forward to the next in the series.
This shifter series continues when Tyler's past comes in to play.
Tyler came to Glacial Blood pack after a incident with drugs had shamed him and his family.
Kas had found Tyler and let him join his pack, helped him become clean and gave him purpose with his computer skills. Now Teagan has joined the pack and her excitement and enthusiasm has him panting after the wild dog.
Reagan has been an outcast her entire life, but now that she is part of the Glacial Blood pack she knows that she's not of lesser ability then any other shifter. She has been attracted to Tyler since she arrived and now she must help him through his toughest ordeal. But she must stand firm and strong to get him through it.
But the fights not over between the pack and Kas' brother Nuka. What other devious plans will this pack have to fight against to take him down.
I have fallen in love with this series and once again Anna Edwards did not disappoint. I love the fact it continues to be more than just a paranormal romance. There's a great deal of suspense and mystery. There's also the reaffirmation about what it means to be part of a family (or pack), about friendships, and hard life lessons. Yet through this all the author does find a perfect balance of romance.
This story truly was a journey. One moment I was laughing and the next I was in tears. It is all due to the fact Anna Edwards is able to illustrate complexity not just with a storyline but with character development as well. The world building remains both extremely detailed and believable.
I am glad that while a new couple may be spotlighted in each book that the other Glacial Blood pack members make regular appearances as well since they have all stolen my heart. I can't wait for the next in the series! Highly recommend!
Fallen For Shame by Anna Edwards is the third book in The Glacial Blood Series. This book can be read as a standalone (I haven't read the first 2 and I was able to follow along pretty well). In this book we meet Teagan and Tyler.
Teagan is an Asiatic Wild Dog Shifter who has left her last pack under a cloud of prejudice. She stumbles upon The Glacier Blood Pack, a mixed shifter pack that allows her into their pack. Tyler is a wolf shifter who has been a fighter for the pack since he was eighteen years old.
This was a different take on the shifter stories I have read in the past. I really liked the fact that the pack was accepting of all kinds of shifters and were very inclusive. The book was good, I am sure, I didn't feel like I missed anything by not having read the first 2 books in the series.
The writing was good, not a long read and the flow and pacing were pretty good. Overall, this was a decent book, not one of my favorites but it wasn't bad. It peaked my interest enough to plan to go back and check out the first 2 books in this series so that I can get the entire look at the book.
Absolutely loved the 3rd book in the 'Glacial Blood' series by Anna Edwards. 'Fallen for Shame' revolves around Teagon, a relatively new member of the Glacial Blood pack and her developing love for Tyler. Teagon has to learn to accept herself and Anna weaves her story to show that Teagon is perfect in her own clumsy way. As the story develops, we find out more about Tyler's mysterious past and the chemistry that ignites between him and Teagon. I even giggled at their antics at times! But Nuka is back, looking for away to weaken the Glacial Pack! Will he succeed this time? A fantastic book with dark magic, love and passion and lots of twists to unravel. A rollercoaster of emotions and a five ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ page turner from Anna Edwards! I can’t wait to see what comes next!
Fallen for Shame is Book 3 in the Glacial Blood Series, a continuance of the pack’s story only with a new couple in the Spotlight. These can be read as standalone but are much better when read in order.
Teagan and Tyler are different in many ways but perfect for one another. He has a past he’d rather keep hidden and just forget about but some people would rather exploit it and use it against him. She is a Wild Dog shifter and is seen as vermin, the lowest of the shifters. But when Tyler’s life is at stake and people doubt her right to run for the Council’s new team, she shows her strengths in ways that several never thought a Wild Dog such as herself possessed. Tyler soon realizes his love for Teagan is strong enough to help him beat anything as long as he can have her love.
I just love The Glacial Blood Series! Each book just keeps getting better and better. Great writing and a great plot and storyline. Fallen With Shame is packed with everything, suspense, drama, laugh out loud situations and a whole lot of hotness! Tyler is the whole package. But he has a dark troubled past. Teagan is a sweetheart with a good outlook on things even though she’s been made to feel less than others. She’s also clumsy which results in some funny situations. The chemistry between the two is sensational. I loved these two characters! I also appreciated the twists and turns that are unforeseen. It made the book that much more exciting!
This is a new author for me and I’m glad I took a chance on her. Teagan, a total klutz and Tyler, is a man has a dark past come together in a heart felt story with a lot of suspense. Teagan has faced prejudiced growing up because she is a wild dog shifter but since coming to the Glacial pack she is free to be who she wants to be. Then there is Tyler who joined the pack under mysterious circumstances. Their chemistry is off the charts. Tyler wants to protect Teagan from himself and the demons from his past. Will Tyler’s past destroy his future with Teagan?
** I voluntarily read an ARC of this book in exchange for an honest review **
I liked this book, but I couldn't quite keep my attention on it. It was fun and I loved the characters, but something was missing and I can't quite say what. I enjoyed the characters, especially Teagan and her clumsiness. It was a different take because usually shifters are so graceful and poised, Teagan was not, LOL. I also liked the concept of shifting into a wild dog; don't think I've ever seen that one before. And Tyler, ahhhh yes. The sexy geek...and he cooked - SOLD! The book was well edited and it was entertaining.
Overall, I liked the book and would most likely read more from the author.
A wonder book based in the shifter world. I loved Fallen for Shame. Tyler and Teagan are hot. You can really feel the chemistry between them. I got to say this is my first read in this series and just wow. I plan on starting from the beginning just because I love the idea of all the different shifters in a pack so to speak. So different from other shifter books I've read in the past. If you don't love Tyler and Teagan after reading this then I really don't know what to tell you. I can't wait for more of this series from Anna Edwards.
Anna's Fallen for Shame is the continuation of the Glacial Blood series! It like the others was an excellent read! It Focuses on Teagan and Tyler's blooming attraction! But there are secrets that will come out and they will prove to be painful. I loved Teagan's spirit throughout this story, and her clumsiness is painful but charming. I hated that Teagans support of her mate was endearing! Tyer finally seeing the light was life changing for all concerned. Overall, a great story, with well fleshed out characters! A must read!
Fallen For Shame (The Glacial Blood #3) is a highly pleasurable read. This steamy romance has plenty of drama, humor, suspense, heat and heart. Teagan and Tyler are a great couple. Their attraction just burns up the pages but there is also a deep heartwarming sweetness to this book. A very entertaining book that is well written, has a engaging plot and characters that create an experience that sucks you right into their world. I'm voluntarily posting a review after reading an advance copy of this book.
Drama, lies, addiction, betrayal and so much more riddle this shifter book. When he can't do it any other way a vengeful twin goes after his brother with what he thinks is the weakest link Tyler. Tyler left his pack due to an unfortunate event. Unfortunate because due to being strung out he isn't really sure of what happened. Great characters, loads of intrigue and excitement leads to a great story of redemption and love. When all else rules try love, it wins hands down. I haven't read this author's work before but this is a reason to start.
Teagan and Tylers’ story is one of total love and heartbreak. Tyler doesn’t want his secret out but it is the only way to save his life. Family is family and sometimes that doesn’t mean blood. He doesn’t want to lose her but if he doesn’t come clean, he will. Can Teagan save him or will their love die along with him. Great writing. The storyline was awesome. A definite must read 😊😊
This was the third book in the Glacial Blood series. It was a good book with a lot of characters, which I had problems keeping straight. It definitely had suspense and drama. Tyler and Teagan has been fighting their attraction, but decided to give in. Their world explores and tests their love for one another.
☆☆☆☆ I give this book 4 out of 5 stars. Recommend this book? Yes! Author? Yes! Read more from this author? Yes!
