Good introduction to making kombucha and other fizzy drinks. Includes directions for basic brews, and some interesting sounding variations. An easy read, with occasional bits of humour. This book has definitely increased my interest in the topic and practices of homebrewing.

Very very basic book on Kombucha growing. It's not a very detailed or specific book, just a general overview of kombucha and then some other fermented drinks (Jun, keifer).

Concise. Focuses on various types of fermented beverages, some I've never heard of. Light on recipes, which is so refreshing in a kombucha book. I might make my own ginger beer now!
