I fell in love with this one because it's all about a puppy, and I love dogs. Not only that, but I love fall and these illustrations had me reminiscing about my childhood and appreciating the autumn weather even more. Just beautiful! The story is adorable, the illustrations are so detailed! My 3 yr old twins liked the pictures, as well as my 5 yr old. Just an overall fun book that's a great addition to any children's collection. Highly recommended!
The book is a favorite among toddlers and preschoolers. The affinity to animals as pets bring the readers attuned to the happenings of the dog during the day. I loved the vibrant tones used to depict landscape scenery. The things to take are the sunny beaches, cascading streams and fun and frolic games played by the dog. Must have picture book.
