I truly enjoyed this book and give it three stars compared to other motivational/management books that I have read. If you read it by itself without comparing to other books it deserves 5! Our practice has read through 'How to Win Friends and Influence People', 'Be our Guest,' and several other books. Dr. Gorczyca has combined these books into a dental focused customer service book. I would highly recommend it for practice management!
