You really need to have a background in mental training to get the most out of this book thus the 4 stars. But if you have some knowledge her explanations are the simplest and easiest to understand. I am not giving it a 5 bc it would set expectation that if you read it you will walk away understanding when in reality it’s a book for someone already experienced with high performance to remind themselves why it is that high performance works. I’m talking in circles....but you get my drift. I plan to keep on my shelf and reference it when I feel like my mental game is off.
