Lots of journaling and introspection in this book.
When you're already in a state of extreme burn-out, it's hard to coax your imagination into completing all the journaling activities.
I think there is some good advice here.

Another self help foray to manage career transition.

Author Leslie Godwin shares nothing new but does structure it in a useful way providing four clear parts. From Burned Out to Fired Up is a useful study, even if as a reminder.

Several action directives, to journal, create a mission statement and clearly define short and long term plans. Having arrived at the backend of career drive, it was not as useful to me but I do see value for those in a flux about their work life.
