FOREVER YOU: Totlandia Series - Book 8

Rate this book
THIS IS BOOK 8 IN AN 8-PART EPISODIC SERIES. Each book completes a story arc, but it includes a series cliffhanger that connects Books 1-4; And then Books 5-8.

IN BOOK 8 OF THE TOTLANDIA SERIES:

The final book of the series is filled with surprising conclusions for the Pacific Heights parents you’ve come to love—and the one you love to hate:

Stress from the club and motherhood puts Lorna into a tailspin that threatens her life. Will Matthew make the right choice for her and their children?

Jade’s past puts her career and her marriage to Reggie in jeopardy;

And in the hope of salvaging her friendship with Jillian, Ally makes a decision that will affect their lives forever. But can it also save her relationship with Brady?

Finally: when Art’s funeral fails to end Bettina’s personal purgatory in San Francisco’s social circles, her new puts her back on top—but her successes come at a high price: the love and acceptance of those she loves most.

Welcome to Totlandia's summer of love, lust, temptation, and redemption.

Fabulous conclusion to a delicious, naughty, fun-filled romp of a series.

I loved all 8 installments and was so impressed with the character growth of the characters: Jade, Jillian, Ally, Lorna, Brady, and even Bettina became my friends and from book to book, I watched them suffer then succeed, suffer then succeed in both their personal (romantic) and professional endeavors. Enemies and alliances changed early and often but I loved how it all came together. I laughed and I cried. My heart also warmed watching their children bond. So adorable!

Josie Brown is a master of storytelling. I'm sad to see this series end, but thankfully, she has a huge backlist and is regularly releasing new books.

When this series began, it was a fun diversion from real life and heavy reads. Every mom can relate to playdates, mom clubs, and all of the many types of moms! However, somewhere along the way, it started to stray. I can't put my finger on it, but I just read them to be able to say I completed the series. The first four were the better reads, and the last four seemed to be just a means to an end. I thought maybe I couldn't connect as well, because there was a big break between books 6 and 7 for me, but I just read 7 and 8 back to back, and I can't say that I really liked them that much. Bummer.

Super fun series that any mom can relate to with sinful drama and excitement on every page - start with book 1 to get the whole picture.
