**I received a copy of this book through a Goodreads giveaway.
This was a bit tough to finish. There is just so much crammed into this book that it could easily be broken up into several books- one about the author's experiences in the NFL, one about recovery, one about his career in psychology? If there's a Jets fan out there interested in reading about recovery who also is super into psychological research, then this would be the perfect book for them.

There are two aspects every book: process and content. The process of creating an excellent text includes having a concise title, table of contents, readable writing in relevant text, appendices, notes and references, and finally, an index. Additionally, any illustrations, graphs, charts, photos, and other visuals are always welcome for the purpose of clarity. This text presents all the above in the most professional manner.

Content is exactly that. It's the material created to inform the reader

this is really great to read if you are struggling with an addiction its always good to read so you can understand and know that you are not alone in your battle with addiction...a must read book also the alchololics annonomus sorry abut the spelling is also a great book and the 12 steps and traditions.

Motivating and inspiring with lots of self-help tips and strategies to improve your life! Part memoir, part self-help, and plenty of resources to use in your journey! I won this book in a Goodreads giveaway.
