fantastic

Here is a polished version of your review:

Fantastic book!

This book exceeded my expectations. I initially picked it up because it was included in Audible’s free books, but it completely surprised me. It is easy to read, and I finished the entire book in a single day.

After reading numerous books on finance, management, and corporate strategy, I found this one to be exceptional. It does an incredible job of summarizing complex concepts and providing practical tools that are immediately applicable for running a business efficiently.

I am definitely keeping a copy of this book nearby and plan to revisit it often to ensure I stay aligned with the principles it teaches. A must-read for anyone looking to improve their business knowledge and operations. Well done!

This book was extremely good. Concise yet gave the specifics and level of detail most books leave out.

I have always found it difficult to tie out the projection of the three financial statements in a multi-year format, his spreadsheet solves that problem for me. I also like his survival score. I will combine it with some of my other favorite metrics (salary cap, debt to equity, current ratio, working capital) etc. More notes and quotes to be added later below.

*This is the kind of book that I have been slowly writing as well. Glad to see it done so well.

Not exactly what I wanted to get out of the book, but is an excellent, wisdom-filled resource for entrepreneurs ready to take the reigns on a new business and make sure management is smart enough to think about long run success.
