A History of Kettering

by R.L. Greenall

Greenhall came to Northamptonshire in 1960 and began writing its history. His account of the town of Kettering was inspired by adult education courses he taught for many years for the Workers' Educational Association and the University of Leicester. He focuses in turn on pre-industrial, industrial, and post-industrial eras. Distributed by The David Brown Book Company. Annotation ©2004 Book News, Inc., Portland, OR (booknews.com)
