Jack received this book as a hand me down. We read it on the floor in his room at Nana’s house.

The big, bold photos held Jack’s interest really well. Every page had a unique “lift the flap” element too, which kept him on his toes. I did all the flap lifting and page turning, but he enjoyed watching and did turn the left/right arrow. Lots of giggles, especially at the kitten page.

4 stars. copyright 2002. Genre concept book. Favorite part of the book was the pull tabs that showed the opposite of whatever was on the front of the tab. I will use this book when introducing similarities and differences.
