This was a fun, quick read. Kroll definitely created a unique take on writing the undead--it was like zombies meets "Tremors." I enjoyed the different personalities in the group of characters and how their actions and true thoughts came out after everything hit the fan. I was absolutely cheering when a certain someone got what was coming to them in the end.

As for constructive criticism, this novella really needed an editor to proofread it. Quite a few homophones were getting mixed up with each other (here/hear, feint/faint, sore/soar), there were comma splices, and sentences that needed commas. There were also some brand names that were written incorrectly. If these grammar mistakes weren't there, I feel like this story could have flowed a bit better.

Fun Ride

Really cool take on the genre of zombies. I really liked how the author gave us readers a little bit of back story on each character. I read this book super fast because I couldn't put it down.
