***3.5 STARS** Overall I liked the book; I particularly enjoyed that Will Shelton listed statistics and discussed current developments for most of the chapters' topics. However, I do feel that at times the book went slightly off topic. I liked that he included recommendations, such as the list of recommended of soul food cookbooks and that he included some websites. Investing in your health... You will love the returns
Will Shelton
This book was sometime help but other times it would just go on about things I either didn't agree with or thought had nothing to do with health. The author has some great tips though and I learned a couple things I didn't know before.
I didn't like all the references to all the movies, songs, and games. He went on for five pages aboit games kids play and I didn't see how that helps me with my health.
