4 Stars. Great introduction to any type of spirit communication with the added benefit of the advancing your personal growth. Anecdotes and exercises are interesting and effective.

If you are interested in spirits and how to communicate with them or in just reading about them, you will love this book. I had a notebook and pen taking notes the whole time I was reading it. I definitely want to try of things suggested to get in touch with spirits. When I was younger, it was easier and reading this book helped so much. There are stories of other people seeing and talking to spirits which were very interesting. I found this book well written and researched.. I received this book from Net Galley for an honest .review.
