I decided to research more this interest in incubating eggs by artificial means... Chooks don't always co-operate and do their thing at convenient times although the though of mother hen doing all the work for me is not such z bad idea really... It's the timing that is the problem!
This book supplies enough facts in its 95 pages to give me a great start on the theory of chook breeding.

The pages on DYI incubators are very useful and may inspire me yet to get back to raising chooks
