An immensely practical, hands-on journey through the techniques of the most radical mystical figure of the last century, Neville Goddard, who taught that your mind is God. This fresh take from a powerful new voice appeals to the growing audience around Neville.
"According to Neville, there is only one power in the universe out of which all things emanate. Not a 'good' source and a separate 'evil' one, but one universal source bending in obedience to the creative will of men and women everywhere. The how remains a mystery; but this eternal fact is nonetheless true. As soon as I was able to feel and accept this to be true, I was free." --Katherine Jegede
Growing up in London, Katherine Jegede was always searching for a philosophy to make sense of life. When she found the mind-as-creator philosophy of Neville Goddard, she thought she had found it. Falling victim to a terrible crime, however, caused Jegede to rethink everything she thought she knew. Rather than abandoning Neville's ideas, however, she discovered within them a new source of strength and fortitude. She not only rebounded from her crisis, but also used Neville's creative-mind principles to become a television presenter, something she had never before imagined possible.
In this primer and introduction to Neville's methods, Jegede powerfully guides the reader through his techniques--and explains how to apply them, now , in your life.
This is the BEST BOOK I have read on learning how to do what Neville Goddard Teachings
This is the BEST BOOK I have read on learning how to do what Neville Goddard Teaches. She breaks it down and makes it simple for us to do!!! Thank you for this book!!!
‘You evoke and sustain the feeling of your realized desire until your desire is realized.’
‘The Law of Inverse Transformations requires only that you evoke and sustain the feeling of your realized desire until your desire is realized.’ British author and television presenter Katherine Jegede has a background in science gained form her postgraduate research at Oxford and her work with the World Health Organization in Switzerland, developing educational resources for rural communities in Sub-Saharan Africa. Katherine has presented two science series aimed at young adults for Channel 4 in the U.K., earning a BAFTA nomination. Kate has worked with the BBC Science Unit and BBC Radio Oxford, also serving as news editor of the International journal AFRICAN HEATH conducting research trips and assisting in the establishment of a learning resources and study center at one of Nigeria’s forefront teaching hospitals. She lives in London.
Kate’s book is about the use of the teaching s Neville Goddard, an das a very brie refresher course about Goddard the following helps – ‘Neville Gardner’s entire work revolves around the mystical interpretations of the passages in the Bible, of bringing the esoteric into exoterics: "Instead of looking at the Bible as a historical record of an ancient civilization or as a biography of the unusual life of Jesus, see it as a great the psychological drama that takes place in human consciousness. Assume the drama as yours, and you will suddenly transform your world from the deserted deserts of Egypt into the Promised Land of Canaan. My mystical experiences have made me literally accept that ‘the whole world is a scene’ and believe God plays all the roles. The purpose of the play? To transform man, creation into God, the Creator. God loved man, His creation, and became man in the belief that this gesture of self-realization will transform man-creation into God-the Creator."
Though the one on one reading of this book results in fine insights and assistance, the impact is heightened by the following excerpt- ‘Growing up in London, Katherine Jegede was always searching for a philosophy to make sense of life. This is a fine teaching guide – interesting, valuable, and useful.
This helped me understand metaphysical principles. It was presented in an easy to grasp language. It was helpful to have exercises with each chapter. Thanks
I stumbled upon Kate Jegede when she was being interviewed by Brian Scott on Youtube. I was impressed of how knowledgeable she was regarding the teachings of Neville Goddard, her youth and the struggles she faced in her quest for God in the Church, and her honesty. I love the teachings of Neville and now Kate has taken the time to succinctly author and compile many of his teachings in a manner which are practical without taking away from the true essence of the teachings of Neville. I am forever grateful to Kate Jegede. A must read!
I look forward to implementing the exercises to test these theories repeatedly. I love how simple and concise this book is. Definitely will re-read and study.
A very different perspective on humanity and potential.
I enjoyed how this author reframed contextual Bible teachings into a language that makes sense . Who can really define God? The author answers this question.
