I definitely align with the essence of this book. It’s about appreciating what you have and dismissing a scarcity mentality. It’s about not measuring your worth by what you can or can’t afford, or feeling less if you don’t have what others do. It’s about changing your mindset.

Crossing the bridge from scarcity to abundance
Sure, there are a lot of books that tell what you need to do to change your life, but do they give you the way to get there? No. No, they do not. This book does. It’s not a book you read and hope something sunk in and will magically work. It’s a book you read, then choose the practices that resonates with you now, continue those practices and realize results. At the end as much as I wanted to like this book I had to force myself to finish and sadly it did not crave anything new into my brain.

Great thought provoking read. Creates the critical thinker in you and doesn't take everything at face value or using your own biases. Would recommend this to a friend to shift a mindset within.

Just like the title, this book has seven chapters, each focusing on abundance.
We live in times where we suffer from what my hip sister calls "F.O.M.O" (Fear Of Missing Out). So we are all in a rush to look a certain way, talk a certain way, live a certain way and all for what? This book is inspirational and it's a wake up call to sit back, reflect on the stories we tell ourselves, know that we are enough, that we belong and yes, there's nothing wrong with resting!
