This Loudon Series touches my heart. I love Cari and her family and enjoy seeing the characters grow and learn and overcome difficult circumstances. Sometimes we are blind to the love that is standing right in front of us. Sometimes we're afraid to put ourselves out there to experience real love. Why don't you read this book to find out if Cari is able to find love again? ;)

Great book! It is a wonderful, relaxing read. Great for a beach read! Funny, intriguing and thought provoking. I look forward to reading the others in the series sitting on a sunny beach in November!

Finding love again after a loss is scary because we feel so vulnerable. Lucinda tackles this topic in this book. Loved the character of Cari. She is strong, independent, and I really enjoyed reading her growth. I have read the whole series but this is my 2nd favorite. First is Love in the Looking Glass. :)

This is one of my favorite books in the series. I found myself rooting for the main character Cari, feeling her pain and cheering her on as she fell in love. Highly recommend it!

A wonderful story of Cari who is widowed early and is having a tough time. When she meets another single parent, Cari doesn’t know how to handle this. Loved it from start to finish.

When Cari McKenna decides to start dating she turns to the internet. But after discovering there are more toads than princes she commiserates with her neightbor and good friend Ray Davis.

Ray's ex-wife slinks back into town and proclaims she's there to reclaim her place in his life. But what is her real motivate since she couldn't run farther or faster to get away from the small town of Loudon.

The seasoned second chance romance is the second in the Loudon Series.
