We spend so much of our lives planning work, children, even our vacations. Somehow, lost in the equation is our own hopes and dreams, the goals we sometimes fantasize about but never verbalize for fear we could be seen as selfish, or worse, ridiculous.

Weinstein has prepared an absolutely fabulous workbook intended to guide one through a "later," but definitely not less important, stage of life. As a 50+ with a lot of questions about whether I should pursue something exciting or sit back and drift forward, I found this workbook to be absolutely life changing.
