Beauty and the Mountain Man is by Frankie Love. Every so often I just need a sexy mountain man and I always look to this author. She has so many to choose from and this time I ended up with the beast that lives on the mountain. I do admit, this one seemed a little more cheesy than some, or maybe it was just me this time. But it still was a fun interlude with a quick, guaranteed happy ever after.

I love reading Beauty and The Beast theme and I was so excited to read this one. Sadly, I can't connect with the characters. I tried but I didn't feel any connection.
The story is about Ronan and Bella.
He's the general contractor of Lachlan Groups and now, he's living alone in a mansion he inherited from his mother.

Another moody Alpha mountain man by the very talented Frankie Love. My only complaint is I’m a sucker for details and maybe I’m a bit OCD but I like to know the H’s last name and age. Sizzling Beast
This is a very cute and sweet story. More than that, Bella and Ronan are sizzling in this retelling of Beauty and the Beast. I enjoyed the heat as well as the steps that Ronan took to right their world.
There was also a bonus book in here, Let's 'Merry Christmas'. This was a pleasant surprise! CeeCee is having a horrible day that is amplified when she has to fight (dirty) for a seat on a plane. What happens next is comical that turns sweet that turns smoking hot. There's a fun twist ...more

To be honest i read it just because I’m bored I never thought it would be that good

This story is short, fast paced and a nice read. I read this book within half and hour and was satisfied throughout. The writing style is easy to follow, the characters are likeable and the storyline is enjoyable. Elements of this story were like a modern day version of beauty and the beast (hence why the name probably is what it its).

Leave it to the Ahhh Mazing Frankie to not only give (ME), ummm I mean US another Hot, sexy as hell, beloved Mountain Man, but to incorporate one of the best Fairytales out there is "Genius" ! From the intimidating first impression (Ronan) to the feisty (Bella), this story takes you on the journey the "real" Beauty and the Beast should have been. Dnf at 20%. Would prefer a little more story to go with all that smutt. Nothing wrong with it, just wasn’t working for me.
Frankie Love has written a perfect modern day insta-love tale with a twist. Very Beauty and the Beast but just with modern day conveniences and the perfect library. I loved this story and how Beauty broke through the Beast's walls and helped give him purpose and determination again.

I HATE leaving horrible reviews, but I couldn't stop with this one. I made it to 25% before I stopped reading. I am a HUGE fan of Alexa Riley, Madison Faye, and Olivia T Turner, and anyone familiar with their work knows most of their stuff is OTT, instalove/lust short stories less than 200 pages. Ergo, I have zero issue with obscuring reality, and reading trashy smut; in fact I. LOVE. IT.......when it is well written. This story did not work for me one bit. I felt no connection betwe ...more

I absolutely loved this book. I went in expecting more of a "Beauty and the Beast" type story line and was pleasantly surprised that it wasn't as "Beauty and the Beasty" as I thought it would be.
This story has some Beauty and the Beast elements, but it's so much more. This story is filled with hot sex and an instalove romance for the books. In typical Frankie Love fashion, she has taken a whimsical fairytale and added love, smut and hot chemistry. Getting stranded in a snowstorm, Belle finds herself on Ronan’s front steps in need of a place to sleep. But this virginal young lady gets her hearts desires when Ronan shows his beastly side. Not only was their instant chemistry with great characters but an adorable storyline that was an enjoyable read. And who could ever pass up a well stocked library.

Bella’s trying to get home through a monster snowstorm. She overestimates her car’s ability to make the mountain pass and gets stuck near the only house for 10 miles. Lucky for her there’s a beast waiting to save her.

Once again Frankie Love demonstrates why she is a go to author for me when I want a quick insta-love read. This is a bit of the mountain man take on beauty and the beast with plenty of sweet and steamy scenes. Both of these characters are what we come to expect from this author and I think readers will enjoy their story. If you haven't taken a chance on this author, I would recommend you give any one of her Mountain Men books a try.....you will become a fan.

Frankie Love definitely has the perfect recipe for a romance filled with insta goodness, plot, and sexy times. A romantic Frankie love rendition of Beauty and the Beast, this had all the elements of a fairy tale read. There is twists and I the alpha behavior that oozes off of our Hero is super drool worthy!
