New Job. New Life.
It was time to leave it all, and the mistakes I’d made, behind.
At least that was plan, until I spent the night with him
He was supposed to be a one and done.
Someone I’d forget and never think about again.

Twenty-four hours later, my life is center stage.
Standing in front of a thousand strangers
and right next to the one-night stand I promised to forge

Mandy wakes up with a wicked hang-over after a long night of drinking to celebrate a new job offer. She goes to the potty and calls her best friend who reminds her that *GASP* Mandy went home with a guy last night. She opens the bathroom door to find a naked man, Kain, standing there. They decide to call it quits after a one-night stand, although they’re both silently sad about the decision. But thankfully, Mandy discovers the next day that Kain is now her new boss. Yayyy, their groins rejoiced! ...more

One Night With Him by Sienna Ciles tells the story of two very intoxicated people, Mandy Benson and Kain Williams, who have what they think is a one-night-stand, but in reality is something much more than that and it changes both of their lives. This is the first book by this author that I've ever read and I was really excited to read it because the description of this book sounds great. Unfortunately, I felt a bit let down after reading the book because this great idea was not executed very we ...more

Review for One Night With Him

I voluntarily read an arc of this book for a fair and honest review. First off, thank you, thank you, thank you....what for you ask? A mature heroine, not some prepubescent, fragile, post high nymph. I, for one, am losing interest in 18 to 24 year old child women. But here comes the predictability. Mandy is attending a convention where she hopes to find a new job. When she hands her resume in to the man covering, what she hopes to be her future employment opportunity

The second book I have read from. Sienna Ciles and she did not disappoint. Sexy romance between a CEO and a new employee.

Mandy is celebrating that she got the job, well she is still waiting for the official job offer but you know what I mean, she is with her bestfriend getting loose, dancing and drinking. Next morning the hangover is terrible, she barely remember anything until her bestfriend pointed out the man she went home with. No!!!! There is still a man in her house! A real sexy one at tha

I voluntarily agreed to receive an ARC of this book for an honest review. Imagine going out to have a good time and meeting a guy that you only plan on seeing for one time. Now imagine having a really romantic evening that involved too much drinking and not remembering everything that happened oh yeah a really good time! Mandy and Kain hit it off perfectly good conversation a nice romantic evening the works. The problem is the next day reality sets in and doubts arise. For Kain he was hoping tha ...more

I received an ARC of this story through Hidden Gems and this is my honest and voluntary review.
I really wanted to enjoy this story. It had all the makings of a great, steamy, romance but it just ended up falling very flat for me unfortunately. Mandy and Kain are both perfectly likable characters, but they feel like they're lacking a lot of depth to me. Their respective inner thought processes where the author explains what they are thinking or feeling in different situations seemed very clinical

2.5 stars

I really struggled to get into this one. The story itself was dry, slow moving and nothing interesting actually happens. Suffice to say I got bored and the book completely lost my attention.

The beginning was promising but the characters kept tip toeing around each other and then avoiding each other. I didn’t sense the chemistry between them - their interactions were awkward and it felt like I had to

Kain Williams can have any woman he wants but this woman....Mandy is like no other and what did he do last night...hangovers eh!! Mandy just wants to move on, get focused and find a job. What she does get is a fantastic sounding job AND Kain, her A fantastic story of two pe

Well written story. Nice plot. Well described main characters and they develop well. Mandy and Kain meets when they are drunk and have one hot night. They meet again and no spoilers here.
Nice chemistry and hot scenes. The story is slow in the beginning but gets better. There are also a lot of things that is mentioned a lot of times. The characters are attracted to each other but they do not act on it. It gets a bit boring to read about them trying to avoid each other and not act on their feeling

I read the preview to see if I would be interested in reading further but I should have known that Mia Ford has the same theme over and over again - to have Hero screw OW. Right in the first chapter, Hero is screwing OW in a bar closet and it is described in so much detail that I don't know how anyone could give 4-5 stars - no matter how the story with h unfolded because having that sex scene with OW just ruined it for me right from the start! How can a reader be interested or routing for the ma ...more

I voluntarily read and reviewed an ARC of this book...

Overall a great read. I loved the plot which was a little different than most. The story-line wasn't as smooth as it could have been. There were times when the main characters were a little immature rather than the grown-ups they constantly said they were. With that being said, I did love the characters and thought they were easily relatable. They were developed; however, not very well. The chemistry between Mandy and Kain was off the charts

Mandy is looking for a job and after having an interview she knows the job is hers.
Kain has a lot of pain inside him and he doesn’t feel confident about what is going to happen in his father’s company.
I don’t know very well what to say about this book. There are parts that are good but then they disappeared in a pile of nonsense. Sometimes is very repetitive and boring and suddenly it wakes you up. Another thing I didn’t like is the fact that they are all the time drinking. It is as if they are

(4.5) I really enjoyed how Sienna introduces and let's us get to know Mandy and Kain. I love the lust at first, second, third sight!!! I loved the insecure in business Kain,m the confident in business Mandy. I loved the, we're working together, so we can't play together. This was a very nice romance story with some very ...more

I loved the idea of this book and the plotline. The chemistry was very prevalent which made for some steamy scenes. However, I felt the emotions were lacking or in some spots, forced. With that feeling, the book was difficult in some areas. But I think the overall story was good. I voluntarily reviewed an advanced copy of this book.

This is good story about a one night stand that turns into a forever fairy tale. Overall, I enjoyed the book but, felt that the characters and writing weren't fully developed and polished. However, there is one scene that steals the show...the board room scene where Kain, Mandy, Mr. Williams, Mrs. Hendricks and her daughter, Tracey meet to discuss their futures. That, along with the happily ever after that follows makes this book a good read.

The premise of the book was interesting, but it just seemed to miss the mark. At times I would become engrossed in the story, but then it just didn't go anywhere.

Mandy kept talking about her maturity, how she was good with money and good at her job, but she and Kain both came across as very juvenile.

I didn't see a connection between them, other than the illusion of an "attraction" that was continuously referred to.

It's not a bad book, it just needed that little bit extra.

I really felt that there was a lot of backstories that did not need to be there. The stuff about the ex-boyfriend irritated me the most. The previous relationship really had no impact on decisions made by Mandy. It seemed like the author was trying to add content. Sadly it had little value. Also, Kain really didn't have much going on as a lead character. You didn't learn enough about him to truly like or dislike him. Lastly, the book would have definitely benefitted from better editing. I really enjoyed this book. I loved the start as it was different than others and I loved how they meet after there steamy one night stand. I liked how they ended up working for the same company and even thou they wanted each other they couldn't due to company rules. They held off for so long until I was too much to bear. Plus Kain's father wanted him to marry another woman for business purposes. That's when all the good started, lots

A one night stand with a stranger compiled with a drunken expose' of all your secrets. Imagine a horrible hangover headache the next morning increases when you find out your o e night stand is your new boss. Yikes..... I thought that Mandy, the heroine was a little immature at times and their chemistry was a little off. But not spoiler here, except there is an NEA. I read ad arc copy of this book and voluntarily chose to review this book.

This is an okay book. It has the potential to be so much better. I found the story was bogged down with too much dialogue and I struggled to get past it, sometimes skimming. In my opinion the premise is good, but the characters need a bit more development. I found that I just couldn't engage with the characters as they are, but with some tweaking by the author, I feel that this could be a very good story. I voluntarily read an ARC and this is my honest review.

Although the concept is one that is common in Billionaire romance books, the description captured my attention and I wanted to read this book. But the amount of internal dialogue and the immature way Mandy speaks, to herself, and the conversations between Mandy and Kain made that interest wane. She kept denying that she wanted a relationship, which became old quickly. Not for me.

One night was never enough for Mandy or Kain. Meeting and together for a one night stand leads to a surprise when they discover they are further united by Kain being the new CEO at Mandy's new job. Clever plot, fun read. Characters were so clearly described I felt they were sitting next to me.
I received this as an arc and am voluntarily submitting my review.

I really enjoyed this book. I mostly enjoyed the characters. I did have a moment towards the end of the book where Mandy made me mad. Thankfully she pulled it together. I was also happy that Kain's dad was able to start a better relationship with him. It made the whole ending so much better.

Different twist on the one night stand theme. Kaine and Mandy have a drunken, one night stand and end up working together. Not necessarily a fan of drunk, can't remember sex, it almost feels a little skeezy to me. The story moves quickly, not a lot of surprises, not a bad read.

What happens when the guy you thought was a one night stand turns out to be your boss? I enjoyed this steamy story about instant attraction, standing up for what you believe in and finding your HEA.

A good story

I liked the premise and the story was good. Just the right amount of sexy. I had a little problem with some of the dialogue, but not enough to impact negatively. Look forward to more from this author.
