After leaving Natsuo, Hina starts over in a new town. Then one day, the man she once had an affair with, Shuu, appears before her eyes. Meanwhile, unable to cope with his growing affection for Rui, Natsuo finds himself on a rollercoaster of emotion.
The start of the volume was the weakest point. Fortunately they kept it short. The middle to the end of the volume was solid. The chapters with Momo and Ritsu were the highlight of the volume. The drama is toning down in place of a little more heart and I am a fan of that. I hope that it continues. The story is better when Rui is the focal point and not Hina.
That ending wasn’t good. Oh god. Not gonna end well for anyone. What I said last time all planned out nicely, they didn’t focus on the glasses guy too much and he joined the club. I love it whenever they focus on the writing.
Rui reminds me of how fanfic writers will make the MC the self-insert. Rui is written to be the best, and the cutest, and smart, and funny, and flawless and...
Anyway, Natsuo is kind of a turd but mostly harmless and well-intentioned but with these sisters... jeez. The literary showdown was interesting and thankfully brief and quickly resolved.
So I was on a boat with no internet for a week and took very brief notes to kind of remember for when I write these down and one of them is just "-sex dream" and I have no memory but it must have been enough to warrant writing something down.
Side note, what a piece of shit Shuu truly is, eh?
Kinda heavy on drama and happy that they are finnally getting them together. As I wanted Nat-kun to be with Rui-chan it happened kinda in vol.8 and vol. 9 so I am glad but Nat-kun is also pushing away from it due to the 3 reasons of he is in love with her sister, his freind wants her, and she is his step sister.
