Oh. My. God. Just when I think I already love C.A. Harms’ books more than is healthy she goes and writes one that blows everything else out of the water. Healing Hope was beyond wonderful! I devoured it. I started reading this and I didn’t stop until I finished every single page. A beautiful story of healing filled with love and sweetness, I loved every second of this book! After losing her best friend Hope has isolated herself from nearly everyone. Going through the motions of life stuck in one ...more

How can I put into words what this book made me feel? This is the hard part of a writing a review: how do I accurately express my feelings for a book when I still have a book hangover from it?

Hope was such a strong woman, both emotionally and mentally. I was constantly putting myself in her shoes and asking myself: how would I have handled that? And I have to be honest and say I don't think I would have been as strong as Hope.

Travis, oh, he has earned the spot in the book boyfriend category. T

This just might be my favorite CA Harms book! Well, until her next one, I'm sure, because she always amazes me with her writing.

Hope & Travis had a story that I couldn't help but instantly LOVE. The moment they met, I knew Travis was PERFECT for Hope.

She had been lost for some time now due to the loss of her husband and was really just existing. She wasn't living. She did what she needed to do to get through her days, but any kind of excitement took a back seat to survivor's guilt. Until T

I was pulled right into this story. The story has laughs, secrets, guilt, and heartbreak.

This is Hope and Travis’s story. Hope lost her best friend and has been shattered ever since. She feels a lot of guilt for losing him and how it happened. When Travis comes to her house to work on her electric. He reminds her of her best friend she lost. He banters with her and make her start to feel. Travis knows what he wants and is not afraid to go after it. They get closer and he knows he wants

This book.... wow.... the chemistry between Travis and Hope from the beginning is so powerful. Hope, still coming off the loss of the man she loved, kept herself isolated and the guilt she had kept her guarded. Travis took his time to break down her guard eventually and just showered her with his love. Of course there is always going to be some bumps along the road, but Travis is a very determined man and is going after what he wants. With a mixture of literally laughing out loud at time (oh get ...more

Healing Hope by C.A. Harms is a full-length, standalone romance novel that will take your emotions on a roller coaster of a ride so make sure to have plenty of tissues handy!! This is Hope and Travis story. Hope Larsen is recovering from losing her best friend, pretty much living a half a life. She barely exists and she lives each day being eaten alive by guilt. She just can’t let go of the pain and of the guilt she feels. That is, until Travis Donovan shows up early one morning to try and repai ...more

Blown away, best way to describe this book. Every time CA Harms writes a new book, I cannot wait to jump in.
In this book we meet Hope Larson, I really like Hope. She's a bit broken because she feels fate stole something very important to her, sarcastic and Feisty!!!!
Travis Donovan Tall, sexy as sin and cocky as all get out. When they meet Hope is all kinds of feisty she doesn't like Travis AT ALL. He loves how he gets her all fired up

I LOVED this storyline so much. What I loved about Travis was that he was so sexy with his great personality and how much he loved his family. Then he meets Hope and the chemistry between these two is beyond hot. I loved it all. Hope is a great heroine and I really loved her feisty attitude and how she was with Travis even though she was still grieving a loss. Another great book by CA!

It was so intriguing at first. I liked their initial meetings. The hero trying to pursue the unavailable, snarky, drowning in sadness heroine. I loved their funny banters. But the second a stupid ow (view spoiler) comes in this sweet love story I lost interest. I usually don't like books which has ows in it. Very rarely these stories appeal me. And then they doing evil & villainous things to break a co ...more

What if you had the power to change a small life decision.

What seemed like an inconsequential decision, ended up costing her best friend and first love, his life, totally derailing Hope’s in the process, sending her reeling into a soul deep and crippling heartache, never believing she would want to live or love again. The sorrow felt by Hope was so deep and profound that I couldn’t help but be in tears. One impetuous decision and one senseless criminal act meant that Walker wouldn’t get to exper

Wow I really enjoyed Healing Hope and I'm such a huge fan of C.A. Harms her characters and story lines always seem refreshing and give you a roller coaster of emotions which then forces me to not want to put my kindle down and only get a couple of hours of sleep (well worth it ) "wink" . Not only did the main characters steal my heart but the secondary ones did also with their humor and lovable qualities but there is one that is considered to be a bit of a witch . Let me start out by saying that I love C.A. Harm’s books. I have yet to be disappointed. The story of Travis and Hope was a very emotional and filled with love and healing.
These two characters were both strong in their own right and something just clicked that made them perfect together. Hope was spending her adult years suffering from a severe case of survivor’s guilt. She put her life on hold because she didn’t think she deserved it.

I have absolutely LOVED LOVED LOVED & LOVED every C.A. Harms book that I've read, but Healing Hope has topped them all, and trust me, that's not an easy feat. Hope Larsen is barely existing in life, after a tragedy broke her. She lives with the serious guilt of her best friend dying, the man that she loved, instead of her, and she just can't get past it. So she works, and stays in her house, not talking to anyone. Her life is turned upside down when she's forced to let an electrician in her ...more

Each book i read by CA Harms makes me love her more and more. Her writing is so beautiful, it draws you in, fills you with raw emotions and feelings, and keeps you completely captivated from start to finish.

This is such a beautiful story of love and healing that embeds itself in your veins, making you feel it all along with the characters. I hurt so much for Hope, her pain, loss and grief after losing her best friend has completely changed her. She's isolating herself and going through the moti

If you've read C.A. Harms before then you know to expect beautiful, sweet, sexy, intense, second chances, and all of those pesky feels that we crave when reading books. And like her previous books, Harms knocked it out of the park and gave me an epic love story that shattered my heart, mended it, and slowly pieced it back together.

Healing Hope was a stunning romance that pulled at my heartstrings right from the very start. Travis and Hope were a breath of fresh air and I just couldn't

I finished this, but it was painful and took much longer than it should have, because I had to take breaks and read something else as a palette cleanser. This book is inexplicably 4+stars, which is why I picked it up. My deviation from the majority opinion is why I'm writing the review.

The writing is unsophisticated, often attempting to use vocabulary that would elevate the story if used correctly, but since it was often nonsensical, instead revealed the author's strange grasp of how these adjec

Oh the feels!

Hope was living a half-life, not able to move past devastating grief and guilt when Travis crossed her path…

“He penetrated that bubble I live in…”

“Because a woman with such a beautiful heart shouldn’t remain hidden.”

I started this story and quickly got lost in its characters. Hope was struggling, unable to move on from a loss that derailed everything in her life. She hid from everything and everyone, not happy but coasting along, mired in the past. Travis was a breath of sexy, ref

C.A Harms took us on a journey of lost, drowning in darkness, and finding love when you least expect to. Hope has been drowning in darkness since she lost someone important to her in a tragic way. She hasn't quite moved on from the night so when she meets Travis in the most unflattering way she has no hope of fighting the attraction. Travis is all wanted to build his business and wanting Hope. C.A Harms's books are #Oneclick worthy. Everyone of her books that I have read I loved. Healing Hope is no different. I immediately fell in love with Travis and Hope. The tragedy in Hope's past is heart breaking. I could feel her pain through the pages. C.A.'s writing is emotional, fluid and just downright awesome.

This story grips the reader from the first page and really doesn’t ever let you go. I laughed out loud so many times while reading this story about Travis and Hope, and yet cried along with them a few times, too.

This story is one I will recommend for so many reasons -- I enjoyed getting to know them in the beginning. I loved the feistiness of their early times together. I like the progression of the story and the pace that was set. I loved all the feels that I had while reading.

Hope & Travis

Whatever I write can not do this book and author justice she has outdone herself as usual. It was an incredibly heartbreakingly beautiful book that stripped all your emotions bare and broke your heart before building you back up snd making your heart soar with beautiful emotions. It was easy to get emotionally involved with the charecters and their story.

Hope has a beautiful soul but she is heartbreakingly broken and needs to learn how to live and Travis is just what she needs.

Healing Hope takes you on an emotional journey. From the first paragraph to the end off the book you are absolutely hooked and can’t put it down

Hope is dealing with the most of her best friend. She blames herself and ends up distancing herself from everyone around her. That is till she meets Travis one day.

Travis is the sexy owner of a elections company. He’s the baby brother of a smart mouth guy named Tripp and his mother is absolutely a sweetheart. He’s known for his playboy ways and deep do

This new work by C.A. Harms is a definite 5 star read you will love! The characters jump off the pages at you because they are so well written that you feel like you are in the story and know them and become invested in them. Hope has experienced a tragedy and has never really recovered because she has shut herself away and locked down her heart as she feels this should be her punishment. Healing Hope is a very emotional and touching story from one of my favorite authors CA Harms. Once again Ms. Harms has taken two characters and made us fall in love with them. She has given us a very strong, emotionally damaged female character ,Hope, who suffers from survivors guilt after a horrific accident.
Hope has built up walls emotionally and closed herself off from the outside world physically by not wanting to leave her home.... till one day there's an early morning knock at her door.

This book was extremely gripping and loving right from the beginning. I absolutely loved reading how Hope was healed. Hope goes through something tragic. She gives up so to speak on life and hides herself away. Until one day Travis comes over to wire her washer and dryer. From that day forward things for Hope become a little bit better day by day. But there are two little twists in her happiness that make you want to crawl into the book and hug her and tell her that everything is going to be ok. ...more

I started this book and hubby says "What are you reading today?" When I told him the synopsis, he responded "You're going to be crying again." I responded with "No I'm not, the sad part has already happened".....famous last words

Hope is basically just breathing everyday. She is so burdened by the guilt she doesn't believe she deserves more. Then she meets an arrogant electrician with a great butt! I really enjoyed watching the relationship develop between Hope and Travis. I knew that the way he
