And now, right before a huge snowstorm hits on Christmas Eve, I have to go to her homestead. Have to see her, have to get another whiff of her strawberry scent. It’s enough to drive a man mad. For Ingram running his ranch is life, but ever since Molly has come back to claim her father's ranch next door life has got a little bit more stressful. These two seemed to have some kind of love/hate relationship, Molly loved to tease and bait Ingram and Ingram hated her for it.

Some of Molly's cattle have gone missing, while out on a ride Ingram finds broken fencing and hoof prints from where rustlers have obviously gotten through with cattle. So now Molly and Ingram have

"He looked like a cowboy on the cover of a romance novel."
description

A Cowboy for Christmas is a delicious Christmas read full of passion and sweet sexy goodness! Molly Gale has returned home to run her dad's ranch. After his passing, she has abandoned her college education to herd cattle and cowgirl it up. Her neighbor Ingram Brady is not at all happy to have a spunky and spirited young woman living next door. Ingram, a close friend of her father, has nothing but disdain for Molly. But when a sno

One of the things I love most about Celia Aaron is her ability to diversify her portfolio. She does romantic suspense, romantic comedy, contemporary romance, and now, a sweet and easy country holiday classic! A Cowboy for Christmas was a really romantic, steamy and suspenseful read.

One part incredibly hot cowboy…

One part insanely beautiful cowgirl…

and tons of drama to keep any reader entertained. Ingram was a brooding, sexy cowboy and Molly was running the neighboring farm. They knew each ot

Least favorite read ever by this author. Celia proves here that she can do sweet but I much prefer when she does nasty!!!
Short novella, story finishes at 43%, do hate when that happens and I am not expecting it.
Included two other Celia Aaron shorts: Christmas Candy and A Stepbrother for Christmas.

A Cowboy for Christmas was a stand-alone Christmas novella by Celia Aaron.

Ingram Brady and Molly Gale had connecting farms. Molly had been away at school until her father passed away and she decided to stay and run the ranch. They had immediate chemistry but also conflict from the start. Aaron took us through their sassy and snarky bantering while outlining a secondary plot with action and suspense.

All in all, it was sexy, entertaining, a fast read and a great Christmas “good feels” novella.

Let me kick this review off by saying I am a self-proclaimed cowboy romance hater, I pretty much avoid cowboys in romance at all costs, but I love Celia Aaron's other books and I couldn't possibly say no to a Christmas book. I'm sure the star review tells you everything you need to know, but I'll spell it out for you anyway, A Cowboy for Christmas changed my mind about cowboy romance entirely. IT WAS SUCH A GOOD READ. All sorts of rugged deliciousness filled this short novella about Ingram Brady ...more

Ingram likes his hermit status, especially if it keeps him away from his neighbor, with the sexy, err smart mouth. And now that she's accusing him of stealing her cattle? Why, how dare she? She's lucky he doesn't spank her butt, like he wants to, he means, teach her a lesson like she deserves. Where was she when her Dad was sick? Ingram was right there, taking care of his friend, Pop. Now, after he's gone, she shows up, claiming the ranch, and wants to change things? The nerve! But, during a che ...more

A solid two stars for this short. There was just enough character development for this to be engaging. As it was, it would probably have been better as a full length story. There was a lot of potential but not enough pages to develop anything properly. We get a glimpse of ranch life and also glimpses of the MCs’ lives separately, but not enough of either.

I️ enjoyed the fact that the H in his story was a good guy. He had his faults but the fact that he was older than the h (not father old- sorry

Review For: A Cowboy for Christmas by Celia Aaron A Cowboy for Christmas by Celia Aaron is the story of Molly Gale and Ingram Brady. Molly has returned home to work on her father's ranch after he has pasted. Ingram is a neighbor of Molly's who they bump heads and words each time they meet up. But the more they are together the more their fighting turns to wanting. Ingram starts to understand Molly is his woman and that is everything. Ms. Aaron did a wonderful job of this love/hate relationship t ...more

I liked the characters, the steam, and the suspense but super disappointed that the story ends at 43% on my kindle. Didn’t realize it was such a short book. I would’ve loved more from these characters.

I don't like my MCs having met before when one of them were late teens/kids because for obvious reasons I like there to be attraction/magnetism/celibacy straight from that moment which won't happen in the aforementioned situation. Not that either of them are virgins so it's fine in that sense. I also don't like 180s. You can't treat someone badly and expect forgiveness straight of the bat which is what happened here. Convicting her when he doesn't even know the truth. Like for months he gave her ...more

Yee-haw!!

What a fun and sexy story!
I'm not always a fan of hot cowboy books, but I am a huge fan of Celia Aaron. I'm so glad I gave this one a try.

Ingram has the whole drawly, macho cowboy vibe and Molly is the feisty woman who took over her late father's neighboring ranch. They've known each other for years, but misunderstanding and a bit of cattle rustling have put them on opposite sides of the proverbial (and literal) fence. While solving the rustling mystery, they realize there's a lot they

I Voluntarily reviewed a copy of this book

All Ingram Brady wants is to be left alone, working on his ranch in peace. But it seems that his new neighbour Molly Gale is determined to make his life hell.
Sassy, stubborn and much to his dismay sexy as all hell and he wants nothing to do with her. But now she clearly needs his help as there is someone out to ruin her ranch and she keeps blaming him for this. And now he can't help but get involved and saving the women who he can't help but wa

Celia Aaron channeled her inner Louis L'Amour and added her crafty way to create a beautiful holiday story. Molly and Ingram are a tribute to those who work hard and reap rewards in the end. Even rewards they've thought they deserved and relinquished. In true Aaron fashion, she blends the gritty and the sexy in such a way you are sure to fall in love. So kick up your boots and fix your hat because there is a storm on the way and you don't want to miss this holiday treat!

I’ll admit this book didn’t have as quite as much “Christmas romance” as I was anticipating (or wanting, which is on me...) however there was more than enough chemistry, sparking banter, feels, action & (semi-)suspenseful mystery.

If you’re in the mood for a romance between adversarial ranchers with a somewhat shared history, who (finally) make their way common ground and give in to their attraction, all while under fire from outside forces, this one is for you.

Quick read, implied HEA, n

A Cowboy for Christmas is a sweet, light read with everything I love in a great book wrapped up in this novella. Ingram is a rugged loner on his ranch. At first Ingram didn't like his neighbor Molly very much and the feeling was likewise. When he found out some cattle was missing and a lost lighter gave clue of the rustlers, he's riding over to tell Molly but a snow storm is coming and he hurt himself by falling of his horse. Molly takes him inside and looks after his wounded knee. The morning after Molly finds her bull and other cattle missing, the windshields demolished. So she and Ingram make their way to the Piper Farm to get her animals ba ...more

Rancher Ingram Brady is older, settled, and one might say a bit grumpy, at least in Molly Gale's eyes. Molly, a neighbor and a rancher herself, enjoys riling him up. Irritated on one hand and attracted on the other Ingram tries to keep his distance until an accident on Christmas Eve forces him to accept her help and suddenly they are united in matters of the heart and in solving a mystery that plagues them both. A Cowboy for Christmas is a sweet, funny, sexy, mystery, romance by the incomparable ...more

I want me one of those for Christmas too!!! Especially one like Ingram. I loved this story, and as I've said many times before about books like these, it's a made for Hallmark movie type of read. It has all the feels and some added intrigue and excitement, but overall it is a wonderfully romantic read that will have you melting into a puddle, just as the snow melts in the story. Beautifully written, quick and to the point, a little angst in the beginning but this book will have you turning page ...more

A Cowboy for Christmas by Celia Aaron is a quick and hot read, though there is snow, staring Ingram Brady and Molly Gale, neighboring ranchers. Though their are misunderstandings between them they soon learn that they have bigger issues effecting their ranches and a much stronger attraction between them than they could have ever imagined. For a short story I enjoyed how well developed the setting, plot and characters were. Ms. Aaron continually shows a skill at creating back story quickly and se ...more

This is a novella by Celia Aaron and it was great!! I loved the story it was well written and well worth reading!

This is the story of Ingram and Molly. Ingram owns the ranch next door and was friends with Molly’s dad Pop for years and as well as his ranch hand when he was just a young man so he learned a lot from him and cared dearly for Pop and once he passes away and Molly returns it enrages him because she couldn’t spare a moment for her father when his health was failing.
