"I enjoyed reading the “The Responsible Communication Style Guide". As a published author, I found the data insightful and helpful. How can we present information in a way that does not cause the reader to accidentally be insulted or taken down a different path than expected? This guide has great tips for assuring your writing meets your goals and the goals of your reader. I would highly recommend that anyone that publishes communications, books, training courses purchase this guide." Debra Ruh, Ruh Global Communications, CEO

This book is helpful for understanding the impact of modern language on others with regard to sensitive topics, from identity to religion to sexuality and more. It’s intended to help you speak/write in ways that make others feel respected and/or included, not offended or objectified. I definitely learned some things.
