I did not see that coming, at all! Kira and co. were so close to losing their lives, and I'm SO happy they didn't.
I'm a little annoyed that Kira didn't get her powers enhanced like Gwyn and Finn did though.

"It doesn't feel good, does it, Vesper," said Kira..."It's not nice being out here, on show, hopeless and set to die. How do you feel? Frightened? Panicked?"
In this third book, Kira proved to be one of the best warriors. She defied the odds on the arena, and could figure out her own problems without help.I loved her character from the beginning inthe series in the Enhanced series, and just kept loving her here. In the Enhanced series Kira was a fine warrior. She fought good against the stalkers and other foes in Haven, but here in The Warrior Race she was something else. She was outstanding, and aside from being a badass warrior, she was an admirable character: gentle, humble, brave. She cared for those who were her friends. That is what I loved her.
And Dom well, he finally stood up against his mom. It took a long time, but Vesper could be removed from Neorome. However, if it hadn't been for Merk, Polus and the others, Dom would have let Kira die, and himself too. That's what I didn't like about him. Dom is just dumb. (I had to do it.)
And the end...seriously? I needed more! Dom and Kira all the way! I need some clousure because Kira just left and because I know what happened in Haven, I know she is not coming back to Dom anytime soon. :( Please, make her comeback to Neorome.
Now speaking about the book in general, this one I did not like that much. So much happened that at the end everything felt rushed, like the book needed to finish so the author just quickly made things happen and boom! Finished. And there was little dialogue between the characters. All the book was told by the narrator, and it went on and on.
Anyway, I am going to miss Kira's character. I'm glad I read her story.

REALLY
I spend 3 books and countless hours rooting for this unlikely romance and they just walk away from each other? I feel like everything was so drawn out then it was like “oh I should end this book now” so everything happens at the very end with a conclusion that doesn’t wrap up all the loose ends or satisfy the reader. I’m angry I wasted so much time on it.
Also, REALLY annoying having to spend a few pages each chapter trying to figure out which characters perspective we were reading from.

June 20, 2018I really enjoyed this novel. Very Interesting characters and surroundings. Looking forward to the spin off "The Enhanced: Awakening" where characters from The Warrior Race and the Enhanced, Kira and Brie come together again in Haven.....It's going to be an interesting Summer....

Great conclusion to a very good story.
Tobey has a rare talent, as a writer. With only the slightest of editing errors (skin pocketed face etc.) He seems to dash off the most captivating tales, and as with all true craftsmen does it seemingly effortlessly. Undoubtedly the true work to achieve this level of polish without a small army of support staff is real work, and work done well. Kudos!

Dragged a bit in the middle
Having finished the Enhanced Series, and read all but the last book of the Chosen series, this was a bit of filler I needed to catch up on before reading the spin off series to get to the last book in the Chosen series. I very very much love the Enhanced and the Chosen, as well as the first two books of Kira’s story. But this one dragged a bit with excess that could’ve been cut from the middle. The final end was a bit of a let down too, but the climax preceding it was pretty good.
I do enjoy the intertwined threads of the three women. Note to self, I can skip this book in future readings of the universe it is set in.

Caught up on this spin off after the main series, good read to fill in the gaps of Kira's story
Finished reading the entire enhanced series and was enthralled throughout. With the three diverging series which culminate in an epic tale of the struggle for all three worlds, it was well worth the time and effort of reading. Would love to see a read guide to where the stories diverge and come back together. One of tornadoes that I will read again.

I need a sixth star...or more. I have seldom seen an author so capable of writing emotion, vigorous and realistic battle scenes. I'm in the colleseum as I read. I'm on the sand smelling the sweat, feeling the heat, hearing the clang of metal against metal. Unbelievable. This author has grown with each book and I'm impressed.

This was the last book I read in the multi path series. The story of Kira and fellow warriors in Neorome kept me riveted. The parallel series were superb as well. This is a series that will entertain you and reach into your heart and mind. Enjoy!!

Another great series! I found it very difficult to put down for even a moment. Action, great characters, and an unbelievable world.

Fantastic ending.
This was definitely a gut wrenching finale to this trilogy. It kept me engrossed from the first to the very last page.

Epic! I am disappointed with how Kira ended up leaving NeoRome but I do understand why since I read the Enhanced series first. She has no idea how that war ended. What I’m upset about is how both series still leave me with questions. Do kiara and Dom actually get back together? I would hope they do down the road. Reading about Polus made me think about agent wolff in the enhanced series and how she could enhanced other people. Speaking of Wolff what ever happened to her in the other series? Just a few questions that’s running off in my mind.
