Absolutely superb! Ive read many books of this kind and this certainly ranks with the best. Gives lots of information that no others do, lots of easy exercises that DO help and on top of that its written in a very down to earth way as the author is British! If you want to buy one book that can change your life this is the book!

The only self help book that has made a genuine difference

Richard Nicholls writes this book as if you're talking to a wise friend. He has made and will continue to make a huge difference to the way I see the world.

A great book to help you get back on track when life events throw you about. Simple, doable ideas with no unconvincing babble. Worth a look when you need a bit of help!
