'Ivy Nash Thrillers: Books 1-3' blew me away. 'IN Defiance', 'IN Pursuit' and 'IN Doubt' brings another great lead, Ivy. She fights for those that can't. She very passionate about those that have lost hope and who really don't know who to turn to. She's quite the angel in disguise. I love her passion, her strength and her compassion. Ivy is a great addition to the 'Redemption Thrillers Series'. A must read. Recommended.

Good not great
The amt of secrets the main characters keep from each other is bizarre. Ivy is kidnapped n tortured for days yet acts as if it never happened, even the scars she received r never mentioned not even by her lovers. Cristina is beaten n almost raped n she keeps it a secret n no-one notices. Both needed a hospital n yet the doctor is the only one who ever ended up there. Ivy was beaten twice in 2 days, broken rib but no doctor required. Also the way language is spoken makes it a bit hard to read

A fantastic collection
I have really enjoyed the thrillers by this talented author. After reading the Alex Troutt FBI series, I couldn't wait to start with the others. This was a fantastic collection of stories that were intriguing, suspenseful, humorous, with lots of unexpected twists. It's a definite must read series.
I would definitely recommend this book, series, and outstanding author.

I really enjoyed these three books. I love the main characters and how they interact with each other. There isn't a boring moment in these books. The plot is amazing and will keep you on the edge the entire time reading these books. I want to read more from this author. I need to know what happens to Ivy in the upcoming books.

Dark books about child rape
These books are on the edge of your seat thrillers. They are about evil men who rape for the power it gives them. I was engrossed in the stories but I didn't like all the profanity. Also the story keeps going and Ivy's rapist is never caught. You have to keep reading . Will he ever be caught? It is left open at the end of each book.

Ivy Nash
Dark, dark, dark. Too much for me. I made it about 30% of the way. The entire book so far is about rape of under age girls, raunchy sex, murder, more sex, etc. I'm sure in the end it turns out OK but I'm not willing to invest anymore time to find out.

Exceptional
This set really kept me on the edge of my seat! I loved the plot twists and turns, and the characters were all very believable. If you love a good thriller read, then this set is a must have! I just got the next box set and can’t wait to see what happens next.

Enjoyable crime thriller trilogy.
Loved this trilogy. Have become familiar with Ivy from her cameo in other books by author. It's been good to find the story be phone the character. Can't wait to read next instalment.

Out of the three characters.....Ozzie, Alex, and Ivy, Ivy is my favorite. The whole 22(?) Book series is well worth reading.

Too much cussing
Story line would probably have been ok but too much cussing. Couldn't get past chapter 2 because of the cussing.

Why did I give these books a 5 star rating?
The first three Ivy Nash books are a thrill a minute. They suck you in and don't let go of you until the very last word.

Currently working my way through all the books from John W Mefford again.
Absolutely brilliant author. I love being able to get to know all of the characters and read about the struggles of each of them. The stories keep you engaged all the time and I cannot wait to get to the next book when I have finished.
Would highly recommend this author.

Mostly well written, a few timeline issues... self defense training does no good... and why you you be in a trunk on purpose with no padding? Extremely graphic violent torture scenes. The characters are three dimensional. Not feel good stories.
