Rate this book
Ruth Bader Ginsburg has devoted her life to fighting for equal rights. Ginsburg was one of only five women to enter Harvard Law School in 1956. In the 197s, Ginsburg argued six cases in front of the U.S. Supreme Court, all of them dealing with equal rights. In 1993, President Bill Clinton appointed Ginsburg to the U.S. Supreme Court.

Ruth Bader Ginsburg is the kind of woman I would like to be. This cute, quite short, book helped me understand some of the hurdles that RBG had to overcome to end up in the SCOTUS. I liked the easy to read format of Learning about Equal Rights from the Life of Ruth Bader Ginsburg. It would be a great book to read with a young child; I was going to say daughter, but sons need to hear about strong women too.
