Vuit retrats excel·lents dels tirans africans. Els que més m'han interessat han estat Idi Amin, Mobutu i Haile Selassie. També m'ha agradat la conclussió final, són uns monstres africans, però que difícilment es poden explicar sense el referent de l'explotació colonial europea.

Molt interessant aquest assaig sobre dictadors africans, massa sovint beneïts per Occident. Et fa reflexionar sobre qui mana al món: si els demòcrates o les petroleres (bé, sembla que hi ha pocs dubtes).
