One punctuation error on page 1. Reached the top of page 2 and stopped. Story has a strange introduction and the descriptions do more harm than good for the storytelling. There is no hook and the top of page two had a "Whaaaaaa???" reaction from me because the writer seemed to try using creative terminology that was strange. I have never personally been a fan of books that reveal things slowly, same goes for movies. I know some people love them, I find them more frustrating than anything. I’m not talking a mystery that’s fine. I’m talking books or movies that approach the plot like their audience should already know what's going on when we don’t then reveal things slowly. The Existence wants only to protect humanity, but with their numbers split, they do not have the power to stop those who wish them dead. Xavier has been searching for their missing member and his love, but when he finally finds Wend (short for Gwendolyn), she doesn't know who she truly is and is about to be married her a man she doesn't know. The two of them grow close online, and Wend tries to be happy with her life, to do right by her father, but her emotions are in turmoil. Will she find her ...more

Let me be completely honest with you. Neither the cover nor the synopsis drew me to the book. The Cover seems washed out doesn’t give any hint about the book. The synopsis sounded vaguely interesting but nothing more.
Then why did I read the book? Well you see, I’m a tour host for ‘Chapter by Cha
