Sweet and light read.

The conflict toward the end was slightly underdeveloped, IMO. It came from nowhere, fortunately it was solved without unnecessary drama.

Very likable heroine.

I'm quickly becoming a Lucy Score fan. Her quirky, humourous, entertaining and lovable characters come to life for me and I am always satisfied with how the story has played out. The only problem with starting a series like Blue Moon is that I'm desperate to go back for more. The only problem is...I have bought two new books and one of my pre-orders have hit my Kindle this week. I think I'll buy #2 and see which book my download finger hits first
First sentence:

"Summer Lentz hefted her suitcase and laptop into the trunk of her snappy little rental car."

What the hell is a snappy car ?!?

"A quintessential
porch swing with faded blue cushions was angled to take in the view of the sweeping expanse of the lawn and pasture. "

"His dark-as-midnight hair was shorn ruthlessly short on the sides..."

Ruthless, huh?

I feel like Lucy Score was playing with a story filters app and forgot to remove "cliché" before hitting publish on this one. Or maybe she felt pressure to make it longer than it ended up so she dumped extra things in to draw it out? I dunno. This ended up being a mess and I kind of hated myself for feeling the need to skim to the end even after the last vestige of my enjoyment died.

I lasted a long time on just how yummy Carter is. He's my favorite type of hero—the strong and capable guy who lo

3.5 stars. Sweet, sexy, cute read! The writing wasn't the best writing, but I really liked the hero. He was such a sweet loving man! The h wasn't bad but in the beginning I felt she was more into her magazine then him. lol At times I felt like it was too slow for me but it got better and they make a sweet couple. Some sexy hot times with really sweet moments. I wish there was an epilogue but it ended with them being strong. I loved hero's brothers but not sure if I want to read
I enjoyed this book for the most part. It wasn't quite what I was expecting, which was good, but I found myself growing a little bored past the halfway point. The start was promising, if not cliche, but somewhere along the way, the spark fizzled out. The writing was very engaging, and the end was sweet.

What I liked:
1) The dual povs, written in the third person. I liked hearing from both MCs. Carter actually sounded like a guy (until things got sappy). I really do enjoy Lucy Score's writing. This

5 Stars ....... Beautiful

I LOVED this story. There is nothing better than when I have a great reading streak and this was the second 5 Star rating for me in the past 2 days!!!!!!

I loved both Carter and Summer and theie relationship developed perfectly for me throughout. The secret that she was keeping, I really don't like in my stories and although I wasn't totally sure, I was starting to think it was what it was the more and more as the story went on! Now, with that being said, I hope that I ge
This is my 2nd book by Lucy Score. I read her recent release, The Christmas Fix. I loved that one- the writing style, the H & h chemistry, the humor. I just love a RomCom.

I kept hearing about Lucy Score on another author's Facebook group. A couple of my friends on FB & also Goodreads raved about this series. (yay Ann).

I found a lot of humor in this book. About 3/4 of this book is a lot of fun. There's some serious emotions at the end of the book. Carter is so realistic, but I love how he is wit

I “discovered” Lucy Score this summer with her co-written series Bootleg Springs, now that I binge read that, I’m going back to read some of her back list. Being a lover of small town romance, of course I picked the Blue Moon series and if book one is indicative of what’s to come in this series, I picked wisely. No More Secrets pits a reclusive farmer who suffers from PTSD from his time in the army and an outgoing, perky journalist tasked with doing a story on the organic farm and the f
This is the second book I've read by this author, & I thoroughly enjoyed this as I did with Pretend You're Mine. It's cute with very likable MCs as well as the little town they're in. It's a bit fast paced, but it was a smooth read. Something to read if you want a little pick me up! And the Pierce brothers are hot & hilarious! I'll definitely be reading their stories too. ...more

Blue Moon Bend. Wow. There are so many things that I loved about this story, but the setting, the little 'hippie' town in upstate New York was a joy to read about. Lucy Score paints an insane picture of love, and community. The people of this little town actually, genuinely care for one another. Of course, the by-product of this is nosiness. It's so fun to read about! All of the encounters that the characters have while visiting the local boot shop, or eating pizza at the local pizza place with ...more

Time to dive in to this series I've been to get around to for a while now. I love small town stories and Blue Moon Bend has an added that eclectic feel to it. The residents all quirky but the Pierce brothers are something else. This is Chase's story grumpy farmer with rough edges he has his own secrets he doesn't like talking about. Which does not run well with a reporter visiting to write an article about the farm.

Summer is so different from the broody farmer, lighter and easygoing. Ch
I really enjoyed this book. It was a lot more than I expected.

This is why I like self published authors. Most of the time - you get crap books, but every once in a while - you get a real gem.

ARC for honest review.

I absolutely loved this story! Had me laughing like an idiot, and crying like a baby. Such a sweet romance. All of the characters are brilliant, same applies to the storyline. The town, where can i find a town like that?? It sounds so perfect! I hope all of the characters that appeared in here are in the following books in this series, and that freaking goat! Priceless! I would certainly recommend this story, loved every page of it.

3.5 stars maybe? This book probably isn't going to leave a lasting impression.

Having read some of Ms. Score’s other stand alone books, I really am going to try to read her backlist and of course The Blue Moon series is a highly recommended one by all her loyal readers. So I started at the beginning.

I love me a small town book. Here you have a hot former Army Vet turn sexy farmer in Carter. Then we have the very ambitious associate editor of a high fashion magazine wanting to do a feel good piece in Summer. Besides writing for Indulgence, she has her own personal blog whe

Charming small town story with great characters and tragic pasts.
Another great story from Lucy Score who has quickly become a favorite author! No More Secrets is a sweet, sexy love story set in a unique, small town in NY. Carter, an ex-Army ranger, runs the Pierce family farm while Summer is a magazine editor who visits to write a story about Carter and his business. Carter and Summer hit it off immediately and have great chemistry from the moment they meet. Their relationship and connection is not only believable but completely relatable. Summer keeps a secr ...more

4.5 stars. This is my second book by this author and I’m really liking her style! She writes really well and has a great sense of humor. Her books are believable, fun, hot and romantic. My only complaint in this story had to do with the h’s “secret” and how she hid it from everyone and didn’t even stop working while the “secret” was going on. That was just too much of a stretch for me and I really don’t think you can physically hide a situation like that iykwim. So I deducted half a star. Other ...more

This was a pretty nice contemp that I enjoyed. I liked the small town setting, the sequel baiting. The heroine is a reporter who has a plan for her life and that doesn't include falling in love with a small town farmer. She meets the hero when she comes to interview him about the family business. The hero is an ex-solider with PTSD issues. These two fight the attraction but give in. But how will they navigate long distance? Nice read.

This book was absolutely amazing. I love the feeling I got from the small town feel of the characters...I love that there are so many characters to fall in love with and I cannot wait to read more about the Pierce Brothers or anything else that Lucy Score decides to write :)

Another Joy.

A story so full of genuine belly laughs and totally adorable characters, that I am gutted that I read it in one day. I should have stretched it out so I could savour my time in this blissful story.
A really really good story.

Reads like an after school special

Very PG rated love story with lousy pace. Didn't like the heroine very much but the hero was likable. Don't much cAre for insta-love. I felt like I was reading a Disney fairy tale.
Hooked from start to finish. Loved the Pierce family dynamics. The brothers together were a hoot. 5 Stars!!
