Is ok

All info can be found on internet/youtube. Definitely wouldn't pay for this. Writing is good and no overly technical terms were used. Best thing is all the info is together and well organized.

Concise, easy to read

The book is informative and right to the point.
It's a short introductory book about coffee roasting with little information about coffee profiling.
