The Time Seller is a unique and intriguing story. The characters are easy to identify with and I found myself hoping the best for all of them. Simeon, Kamen, Boril, Irina and Miles are ordinary people forced into unusual and challenging circumstances. The story is easy to follow and complex enough to keep you reading to find out what happens. Keogh has a great balance between description and character making it easy to visualize the surroundings but still keep invested in the action. There were ...more

Excellent book! Many twists and turns makes it for an exciting read, that kept us guessing until the very end.
Now just hurry up and write the next book Mr. Keogh.

I give this a 3.5. I liked the characters and the settings of the book, and especially enjoyed Keogh's take on time travel/time control. There was a lot of interesting material, but the main reason this got a lower rating is that I didn't feel like there was any overarching goal of any type. Yes, several characters all had their own personal objectives, but I never felt like the story was really going anywhere specific. It's worth giving a try though and I think I'll give the second book a go wh ...more

A fantastic start to a series I can't wait to read on! Masterfully switches between two time periods, both described so clearly that I'm transported. Enjoyed the challenge of figuring out the rules and constraints of the magic alongside the characters. Excited for the next book so I can continue this adventure!

Amazing story. What an imagination. Enjoyed this book very much. The characters are unique and the story line is addictive. Looking forward to the second one.

Abel is the author of The Time Seller and six other books.

During the day, Abel works in corporate marketing in the finance industry. At night and during full moons he transforms into a writer which isn't nearly as exciting as, say, turning into a werewolf. He also speaks Bulgarian but doesn't get a chance to practice it except when he’s cut off in traffic or smashes his finger with a hammer.
