About the author

Master Zhi Gang Sha is a Tao grandmaster, healer, teacher, and author of 30 books, including 11 New York Times bestsellers and several other Wall Street Journal, USA Today, and Amazon bestsellers. He has an MD degree in Western medicine from China and is also a doctor of traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture. Master Sha has combined the essence of Western medicine with ancient wisdom to create Soul Mind Body Medicine®, Master Sha’s Soul Healing®, and Tao teachings to help humanity. He is a grandmaster of several ancient arts, including tai chi, qigong, feng shui, and I Ching, and was named Qigong Master of the Year at the Fourth World Congress on Qigong in 2002. I was given this book last September and I am compelled to read everything I am given. I found it somewhat refreshing. Talking about the good we can do for the world. This quote was my favorite: "Focusing on what will come causes you to neglect or avoid being really attentive to what is actually happening." I have been known to do that. Great reminder. I like the CD that comes with it too - especially the song: "Love, Peace, and Harmony".

What a disappointment. This is not at all what I expected. I couldn't even finish reading this. From what I did read none of the authors experiences are based on truth. Nothing can be proved or is documented. The reader is treated like a idiot. Am I really supposed to believe that a "Divine Download" is embedded into the pages of the book? All I have to do is read them & I will receive the "Download" if I'm ready? Then I will be healed? This isn't soul wisdom it's hogwash. I recommend this to no one! I thought this would be a book on meditation & self healing. Finding inner peace etc. I suppose that this is what is supposed to be about but I can't find healing when reading repetitive pages of pure BS!
