Excellent

I thought, how do you do recipes for smorrebrod and keep it interesting. Well, Trine Hahnemann has done well doing this with this book. I now want to make a lot of the recipes now. She tells us which are the classics or are her own. Being from a Danish family, I know the classics but she has definitely taken this to an excellent level.
