Five children (Three boys and two girls) without a dog form a club called the Rulebreakers' club. Their aim is to break all the rules set by their parents and elders.
The first rule that they want to break is the "no dogs" rule and so they try to kidnap a dog from their neighbourhood. This leads them into an adventure that is exciting and fun.
